    I told you yesterday that the hacker will NOT get paid... Yet you tell my colleague that you are worried that the hacker will get paid and that someone else is benefiting from an account that you paid for...

    First thing, I will tell you, we need respect from our partners so we can keep working..

    Second , you replied to his email late at night when he was sleeping... How do u expect him to answer u in his sleep ? :D lol

    And you tell him : " because of your slow response an hackers has got an illegal
    payment"

    Well if it happens, it is because you did not keep your account safe... If he didnt answer you the time you wanted, he was asleep! I think we need to rest some time during the day!

    Patience and respect is all I ask for!

    Your issue that you were responsible for , is now resolved...

    Go to "My Files" and there must be somwhere a tab called "Removed" (looks like a text document icon)

    But I thnk it's just a premium issue...

    Am real sorry Hish and thanks you for everything you Carl and the rest of the filesonic team have done for me,patience i dont have very much of,but respect yes especially for the work you and the rest do to help us out.If you read my pm i sent to you i apologized and explained my reasoning,my criticism was a little uncalled for and hope you did not take offense.Believe me when i say i have the upmost respect for you and the fiesonic team and have learned from this experience and will not happen again,also i have also learned that they are some great people on here that help me cope better and thanks to them also.Thats what makes Filesonic my No.1 choice because of there great support and also the great people that use them,even me who can be a litle too impatient at times.

    I know that but things like this especially with what happened before as explained in my pm does not make this a pleasant experience and in my situation you do not know what to think especially when your faqs says hacked accounts cannot be restored and is your responsiblity to keep your account information secure,i did that yet was still hacked,the only thing is i did not have a security question and urge people to do that and also make sure you dont leave anything to chance,and take proper precautions (Strong passwords,good antivirus,etc)Hish this will not happen again believe you me and also my rants and impatient outbursts are a thing of the past and cannot say anything else but Sorry for my outbursts and Thanks for going beyond yet again to help me.I hope this clears the air.

    Currently filesonic deletes files soon after your premium expires whether those files get downloads or not. For new files uploaded by free users filesonic wait for 30 days before deletion.

    Yes ,its fair ,coz your Tos says this,but its not fair for affiliates.You need to give 1-2weeks grace period,before delete the files.
    I got the same situation on Fileserve and thay also give 1-2 weeks to renew the premium.

    Dammit, why is everyone crying when Hish isnt replying to his/her PM within hours...
    I really can't see that anymore! He's getting hundreds of PM's every day!
    Do you know how much time this take to read, look for a slution and answer in the end!

    I made some advertisement to my ref-programm!
    Got 170 Pm's in 2 days! This is insane! (sure a bit dialogue was inside too)

    I sent him a PM ~30 hours ago and got my answer some minutes ago!
    IT IS OK!!!

    He will PM you, don't worry!!


    To my refs:
    Be active or I'll PM Hish your account settings!
    I know some of you guys did make an account to get the tutorial only!
    You have been warned! I will wait 5 days...

    Each host has different rules... We have a grace period of 2 days... If the file gets downloaded, then it wont be deleted right away...

    We might increase this period a bit... But not 2 weeks

    Lol - every so often one of these turns up in this thread - they usually last about 2 - 3 weeks during which they make a lot of noise about something or other, then disappear without trace.
    Chill and it'll take care of it's self soon enough ;) (It's quite funny though :p ) (kinda like springer without the ads)
