Still waiting after 8 hours reagarding my hacked account,support has not contacted me at all.Am feeling sad at the moment.

Hey maverick, I know you are in not the best situation, the only thing you can do is to show patience till Hish infroms you of the outcome. Hard thing... but worth waiting.

 

Have contacted hish already and he replied telling me to send details to support with my ip and 5 files from my account which i did and still not recieving anyything,that was 3 1/2 hours ago and yet received nothing,the frustrating thing is has Hish said earlier they cant do anything about payment that has been paid to someone else,i worked bloody hard for that and yet will recieve nothing this week,you tell me you would not be a little mad if someone stole from you.Although this is slowly becoming a common occurence now and its seem that the hackers know when filesonic pays and hack accounts at that time for easy quick money knowing filesonic will pay them and do nothing.This is a sad fact and hope that filesonic do get my account sorted,Its up to them now.Things are a little easier with the nice comments i get on here and hope and pray that you never have to go through or have this situation,it makes you think twice thats for sure.

Maverick: Sympathy for you. It can be a terrible your situation. I hope all will be resolved, I'm sure Hish will do what he can do.

gstor111 Lets just hope you are right,looks like i wont find out till tommorrow now,Hish has never let anyone down on this board yet and is a credit to filesonic,patience is a virtue and in my case will have to be,the last thing i want to do is give in to hackers,so whatever the outcome i will rebuild and become stronger but will be even more vigilant and wiser from now on,i know that hish and filesonic will do there best to get me back to where i belong.Also thanks guli for you kind words,hackers are worms and thankly the world does not tolerate them and need to put up with them,in the end justice catches up with them.

Some suggestion, is possible to increase the site earning from 5% to 10%?

Some new file hosting now is pay 10% or 20% for site sale. Hope filesonic can also make some change for that.
