If I'm not right just tell me where I am wrong BUT PLEASE RESPOND IN A WAY OR ANOTHER...

@slev1n7 - just imagine how many affilaites filesonic have, and how many have issues and PM hish daily... he has his work cut out

 

Yes I will give you a lot of time... but I can't understand how ca you fix something only in half... And I am so annoyed because you looked at my pm and didn't replied anything... You just looked at it and didn't said at least I will be back to you later...

 

I understand that and I never made the case in this way to think I am ignored... I had a lot of questions in the past but every time he looked at my pm he replied... also I've explained that some money is missing from balance and only 20-30% from them was added... If you take some time to fix and check a problem you should fix 100%...

Also I am very annoyed with those late refunds... I mean to have a refund after 3 weeks is pretty weird...

 

Thanks for that and also he can imagine how many people have REAL issues

OMG this is getting ridiculous... I said in pm and in everything else that I'm not sure about that and I asked you to explain how to calculate or where I do wrong if I'm doing that...
And YOU said that yes there was something wrong with my earnings and adjusted that... but again I wrote to you that I think I am still low with my real earning... So I just asked to explaing, after all all potential problems at first are real problems :|

 

You said it yourself... You need an explanation...But then in post #21991 you said that we "fix something only in half" , so you are implying that we are mistaken and you are right.

Your matter is not an urgent one , and payout is on Tuesday.. There is plenty of time, yet you say that we are ignoring you, when the IT team & I are working on very urgent issues...

Now 2 of them have stopped what they are doing to show you an explanation.. Next time i dont answer you for a few hours, when the problem is not urgent , I hope that you don't make a big fuss about it

I understand that and from now on I will wait more than 20 hours to retry a contact from you... but again a "I will be back to you asap" will be very useful.

 

If I reply with that to every PM or post on the thread I get everyday, my day will be gone and no time for fixing issues

...and trust, but I've already said in the pm that if it is my fault some explanation will be very useful... I never said that you guys stoled my money... And you said that was something wrong with my stats in the first place...

 

We said there was a problem and that we fixed it... But then you PMed twice and posted on this thread a few times, after I told u that everything is alright... If you trusted us, you wouldn't have PMed and posted that much ... Also you should trust that we NEVER ignore anyone, small or big affiliate, we don't ignore anyone

Well thank you for your very detailed explanation. Now everything is clear, it was enough if you had said that the bonus from the next three days of the week (after Friday) is already included in the payout of the previous week... I just thought straight logic that the bonus is paid like the payouts from Friday to Friday...
It would have been very useful if this info was available on the website...

Hello everyone

I'm using JDownloader to download files from Filesonic(which Filesonic recommend as the best download manager to use with this files host), but for the last few days, every time I get this error message: unexpected rangeheader format:null. Checking if the file is online goes OK but trying to actually download the file gives this message.

Anyone here knows what this problem is?

Update jdownloader to latest version and try again..

 

It is the latest version

 

Have you run internal update (from inside jdownloader) ?
