about hacking email..don't worry ..i done my best to protectit ...so good that i can't remember myself the answer to my security question to change my email anyway..

how can i recover the answer ? because it says

"To modify your account settings you must enter your current password. The security question is optional but is highly recommended."

but if i let security question blank it says " Value is required and can't be empty"

why dont you do like the man said? It must be a reason you shouldnt post your email here, its probably alot easier to hack your filesonic account for hackers if they can hack your email, when you told them the email address they only need to find the password. Do you want to end up like me? You should listen to hish and just remove the email address from this thread, he of course dont want more people losing their money like me and its probably happened to alot other people too. :/

Don't enter filesonic account details on other filehosts remote upload page or in any download managers, also use virtual keyboards to prevent logging key strokes by key-loggers & trojans.

Filesonic can't help much related to hacking issues, best way is to install firewall, antivirus etc and if your account is repeatedly getting hacked then don't save password anywhere in browser and clear cache & cookies every time you close browser etc.

oh..now i understand ..i removed the email and right now i'm tryng to change my email ...anyway...with different password and a filesonic security answer i think it will be pretty hard to hack

 

Even if we get the money back, you can not get paid because it was refunded. The $89 unpaid will be 0 and we will owe you nothing

hi, the ftp upload speed sucks atm extreme, have only me this problem??

some files uploaded fast with 8 - 10MB/s and other with 200kb

Thanks, but thats not what i meant to ask. I meant if you get the money back from the person you sent the money to who hacked me, i didnt mean if you could give me back the money if the person who bouht premium buys it again.

I thought the unpaid would be 0 usd yes and not 89 usd, but it should not be -89 usd. My unpaid balance is -89 usd (89 usd less than 0), instead of 0 usd that it should be. This is most important, can you please make it back to 0 usd as this must be a fault in your refund-system.

Congratulation guys, and yeah the trade in points are nice. I just wish I knew about it before I bought premium, and I would have used it instead of buying premium and thinking "I'm getting paid 89 usd so if I buy premium now I can look at the payment I get as an 89 usd discount", and then got hacked for those 89 usd . I hope I can get my unpaid balance fixed today or tomorrow so I can start uploading stuff again, and hopefully I'll be posting that I got my first payment next Tuesday, that would be a great feeling!

If you use this... use the "Details" of an "Empty" account that has no files stored and is not affiliate... it's only few coins you pay for an extra "Empty" Account...
