stats are NOT normal. Decrease in earnings due to low speed from filesonic

 

because of the slow download speed the sales are down..i recived a complain from a user ho bought a premium acount on a forum that he has a very low download speed,only 50 kb..i checked and he was right...hope the situation will return to normal..

 

files deleted after one hour or nothing counting...3 days the same

 

ive seen for the 1st time the word "refund" on my stats, it was depressing, and i wont think about the ppl that jumped on the buy page and changed idea about opening their wallet .sigh.

I wasn't talking about the Premium buying page not working properly. I said i had 2 sales but one of those sales the person sent me a pm complaining that he was having major problems trying to download content due to ''503 Service Unavailable'' message yesterday.

I ended the day with 5 sales and no re-funds

 

That explains why I got a considerable decrease on earning, around 25-30% less than usual. Thou personally I am not experiencing any slow speed right now.

A compensation or 25% bonus for coming weekend(s) would be nice Filesonic.
