I have a problem with your helpdesk, I sent a request at May, 12th, get an answer to sent details for payment in association with my premiumaccount. After this I get no reaction...

What can I do? Did you need the number of my request?

Why do you ignore me and other people? Have FileSonic that has been growing so fast and has been an awesome service started to scam people, by blocking payments for premium user affiliates when they get a lifetime premium sale, and then ignore them both in email, ticket, and forum?

Come on, please help me, you wont earn more from me by having my payments blocked, i could be getting many downloads and sales right now, but you are chosing to ignore me and keep my payment blocked for no reason, and I gave filesonic what they asked for both in email and ticket days ago, you are not being fair to me!

Awesome, I didnt think you would answer me ever again as i posted several times without an answer, but I am very happy that you did answer now, and I accept your apologize for that. I hope you understand that I'm getting very frustrated when you block my payments and dont answer me for days.
