remote upload is driving me mad!!!!!! please get it sorted out

Whats the deal of having a filehost site if nobody cant upload anything??? every day you say that you are fixing the issues but one of the most important thing is uploading and we got almost 3 weeks without it, and is becoming very very annoying, please finish this problem once and for all

Can someone tell me how can I set up Internet download manager to download automatically just like what I used to do when It was sharingmatrix? I have premium account, since the website bought by filesonic, I can not download using internet download manager.

I would appreciate if someone can explain to me.

I hope you can fix bugs about UPLOAD and download for everyone, because Avaxhome start test with Fileserve, if members at avaxhome choose Fileserve, Avaxhome maybe remove Filesonic, I have sell many acc pre at here, I think Avaxhome very good to sell premium account!

You are also very low download / $ rate???
For me today, 497 / $ 4.99. It's quite poor, almost all the files over 100mb which it was produced. Someone please has to answer me to a similarly low statistics.

 

Yes, the stats are randomly getting frozen, we don't know what is going on, same answer as always "your stats are not being lost" but still... Only way to tell if they are lost or not is by friday to see the payout

 

I changed ftp client timeout to 0, so files aren't looping, but.... but files don't appear in files manager... it's is very annoying.... 2 of 10 files appeared.. it took about ~1-2hour to upload them, it's waste of time. I want to upload files and earn money, but i can't... I'm sooooo angry right now... )) I'm very patience. Will you fix it some day?

 

Some good, bad & ugly news for me.

THE GOOD:
Tried out Remote upload yesterday evening and today the files showed up in my file-manager. Previously it took 6 days for the files to show up so it looks like they're improving slightly.


THE BAD:
Statistics actually went DOWN!!! I understand if they froze but how could they go down?


THE UGLY:
Gonna be switching over to fileserve until they get their act together.

 

What happened to the news ?

 

Maybe they are bugged.
