Does anyone know, is it allowed if i download some of my files from my account? I uploaded some time ago and now i need them because my hdd failed on me and they are gone now.

 

Why not? lol Filesonic was made intentionally first for downloaders. So if you have stuff on your account why not download it?

It's been mentioned before in this thread... If you're on the PPD plan then you can't download lot's of your own files as it's seen as fraud lol. If you're on the PPS plan then it's ok to download all your own files.

 

Perved seems to have issues with filesonic, not sure which side of the story is for real, but i though i'd copy paste the email here anyway.

Not sure what you're saying is true, that filesonic is scamming? I haven't had any business with filesonic since they changed from sharingmatrix, but i personally never ever had any issues.

I posted this here to get some discussion going, cause that's what this forum is for

 

The problem is that people didn't understand yet that filesonic doesn't accept underage content, nude or non-nude.
They don't allow users to upload and post half naked kids in adult forums.
All this people complaining is people that posted non nude child models in adult forums. But the correct definition is not "non nude" but "half naked".
To be more clear, they post sets depicting pre-pubescent or 13 years old kids wearing bra, perizoma and/or thongs.
Do you consider that somebody posting a 12 years old girl wearing leather boots, bra and thongs is something that should be allowed?

Absolutely not, all this "child modeling" bullshit should be stopped. However i'm more interested in the stuff they are typing longer down in the letter, about premium sales not generating any revenue for them, that means filesonic is scamming in some way, however this might just be a retaliation to attempt to give filesonic a bad reputation cause they got caught sharing childporn.

I have a suspicion that it is someone working for Filesonic who have access
to subscribers details who are defrauding many people of their access and
taking money from their Paypal accounts.
My Paypal account was hacked by someone using a email address from
Filesonic when i did a rebill.It must be someone within the Filesonic orginization.
I expect this post will be deleted pretty quickly perhaps proving my point

 

if you would read the message he posted here you would find a link to one of these child modelling websites. Well check that webpage and let me know how clothed is that girl. Additionally, I think that everybody posting in adult forums know that kind of stuff, cuz there's everytime somebody trying to post it and bitching about mods banning him.
