Is referal system okay ? I have 2-4 referals registered my link. The name show in referal page. They have earned about 0.3 -0.5 each ppl but in my account still 0$. Can you check it for me ??

If you want got re-bills, I think Filesonic will not enough money to paid for you or keep run their site! Do Not be Greedy! Filesonic is best now, don't force them become to bad alike Uploading, Hotfile, Rapidshare...

 

At the launching time, there was no need for any re-bill share as most affiliates got plenty of sales but now the situation have changed, sales is dropping day by day as most people have a filesonic account, also its not allowed to create more than 1 account per user.

When affiliates see no sales even after continuous uploading, posting on forums etc naturally they lose the momentum and interest, when they see re-bills count in statistics, though a very small percentage can act as a motivation factor to work harder, this can overall increase filesonic's profit too.

 

I agree with dkp, hikaru you seems new to filesonic

 

Filesonic open site to earn money, If they accept 100% re-bill, I think they will become to very bad alike Fileserve. But if they accept 30-50% re-bill, it's is good

 

i have come to a point where i can no longer say i am against re-bills.

it seems the drop of sales for me is continuous and consistent. only re-bills can cure this, and the morale is dropping or a fairly rapid rate.

After 1 year of happy affiliation with FS, I've seen the exact same thing in my stats (50% drop approximately) and I've come to the conclusion that a switch to Oron was worth a try, since FS wouldn't accept the idea of a rebill program.
I have started the change 15 days ago. Only 15% of my files have been reuploaded at the moment and I already make the same money I did with FS (I am at a 55% / 55% plan with oron while I was at 85% Elite previously with FS).
And of course, I'm not making any money with the rebills yet, since I just started.
I will keep you posted with my future results.

FS really should offer a rebill plan if they don't wanna loose all their affiliates. Hard workers need to be compensated for their consistence and earn a part of the recurring business.
The promotion strategy of FS is fun, but it will never compete with rebills.

I'm not saying this to be harsh with FS (they have been nice to work with), but just trying to give a feedback of my own experience, and maybe help FS make the good move.

since jan 2011 i made around 143 new customers so even 10% of re-bills from them is acceptable for me.

And I am pretty sure that if re-bills would be introduced File Sonic would be then distinguished greatly from the rest of the Hosts and would be crowned a legendary one.

A move like that is surely to bring more affiliates.

I am praying for this to happen, since I used to make many sales and spend only 2 hours on the computer, now I spend much more time and I get less sales.

The referral earnings are show only the full dollars,so your referrals need to earn min 2.51$,and your reff statistic will show 1$.

I agree with all the recent comments, something needs to change...

Gone are the days when Elite members would upload content knowing they would get good sales everyday. Now it's a case of no matter how much you upload you will be lucky if you get 1 or 2 sales a day as most people already have FS premium accounts but most probably will end up with 0 sales and 1000's of downloads daily = no money for Elite members.

Without a re-bill plan Filesonic has become a non profit making scheme for most Elite members.

Can Elite members go back to the PPD plan?

 

And just to emphasize how much it is the case, I have put a 300$ investment in a website and ads, because desperate times call for desperate measures. And yet I still suffer greatly from this situation of no sales. Yesterday was a new low - 1 sale!

Hish is one of the few people I respect and truly like in my online endeavours and I speak to him almost every day. However, something needs to be done, and pretty soon. I have no use in putting up much of my personal time for no real gain. Still, if I would need to choose, Filesonic is by far my favorite from others such as Oron, Fileserve and the rest.

 

Why you need pps,when you have 1000 s of downloads?

Because i was earning much more money as an Elite member on PPS (80% from new sales). The most i ever made in one day was 9 sales = $226 couldn't earn that much on PPD.

Since 28th April i have only had 10 sales = $147.2 (used to get 20-30 sales a week) but now sales have dropped for everyone it might be a good time to go back to PPD plan as it's guaranteed money every day.

 

YEs,unfortunately the number of sales drop everyday.This is why i switched to half and half plan.
