It might be due to removal of split archives, as free users can't download big size files at one stretch as download speeds for free users is very less also most of the time download completes at half way etc due to some server issues etc.

I suggest you to add split archives on all releases particularly if you are on ppd plans.

PPD does not have much to do with Luck, it only requires hard working and posting. I call PPD a "bruteforce Plan"

So far I am a happy Filesonic user, after a month...
One question though...can you guys bring back the "file removed due to corruption "-please? I know a lot of people were complaining about seeing files being removed due to corruption, but at least we knew what to replace. Now it seems you guys removed that feature, just to shut them up. However, hiding one's head in the sand and pretending that nothing happens, is not the way to go. The fact is, data gets corrupted, hardware fails. It is what it is,we just have to deal with it, and I would rather know what I need to replace. It happens to ANY host, ANY computer.
When I look to download something,I personally would completely move to a different site and find my stuff if one part of a split archive is corrupted. I don't always sign up to report the dead link to the uploader, unless is something so rare that I cannot find elsewhere.
Please, bring back the "removed corrupted files" report. It is one of the features that made Filesonic stand out from other hosts!

I too like that server crc checker, very useful. Also if possible add an option for both free & registered users to inform or message the uploader if files got deleted, corrupted etc (rapidshare have made that option recently which might be very useful for both downloaders & uploaders).

We studied it well and we thought that affiliates are like our partners... If they have a corrupted file, they can re upload it... But if a downloader downloads a file that doesnt work, he/she will move to another host, thus bringing down our good reputation
