it seems statistics is frozen

 

statistics stop counting
we lost money again.
referral link still doesn't work

 

And why I can see only maximiumum 74 Files in a folder on FTP?

I have about 300 files in a folder, but FTP show me just 74 files. I can see my all file in File Manager.

 

Looks like were in for yet another great week of random happenings and events lol. I can confirm stats are frozen for me to, i haven't generated a single download on my filesonic page, yet links are being clicked all over the page on my site.

Wow, three weeks already passed since the start of bugs...

 

hey there,
bought a month premium account for 9 bucks yesterday. got paypal confirmation instantly, but no email within login data from you filesonic guys.
netload , rapidshare , freakshare .. all they send me an email with login immediately. not very kindly .. i paid for 30 days ... not 29 ...

After that i wanted to registrate as free user , but database told , there is already an email found ... so maybe you got the payment received but the login email is somewhere else ... checked spam folder , nothing found

FTP files do not get moved into file manager and remote upload is not working as always! what are we surpose to do?

Where is my referall... Last few days i have few refferal witch is registreded thoruth me, but i cant find noone in my referal list...

 

Guys, please relax. Your stats are not gone anywhere! They are computing as we speak, and nothing is missing.

To explain this once and for all: we collect ALL the data for downloads, but sometimes they get processed in batch due to system load. Nothing goes missing at all.

Although the old SharingMatrix stats system had its disadvantages (like slowing down the site overall), some people seem to prefer it. I will spend some time with my programmers today to see if we can go back to that system.

No hard feelings to admin,but you should solve this problems soon as possible,and start with remote upload...

 

Well I'm glad FileSonic are confessing to their epic fail. Remote upload has been jammed for about a day for me... The odd downloads pass through but the majority are forever sitting there in "pending" status.
