hello all, i respect filesonic especially hish for his(or her, that i dont know ) awesome support.Man this is the one of the easiest money that i have ever earned and they pay on time.As for the number of downloads counted, i owned a website and used google analytics, my bounce rate and number of downloads were approximately same, so i think no no i am sure that filesonic doesnt cheat, thats all i have to say

the weird thing is that my max file length is 400 for free users, and i'm posting 700mb+ files... i have download on them but no sales... everybody that downloaded from me has a premium account?! ) seriously now :|

 

@odo13tz you might not have any new sales just renewals or your files might be mirrored somewhere else and not really that unique.

to four days without sale

same for me...on april only 4 sales...last 2 sales on last 2 days..and for march 20 sales....i think it's a bug with tha sale sistem........

What is happening is very serious

 

i used to have the "you can't download from me unless you are a premium user" style of uploading and got really low number of sales. I figured that you need a lot of free users camping out on your thread/forum/site so that if and when they decided to become premium users, you'll be credited for that. Otherwise free users will download lots of stuff from other places and just to return to your site when they are already premium users. Of course if your files are very unique and cannot be found elsewhere then that is another story. Just a theory. And the removal of the FS to FS remote upload along with the various complaints from many uploaders really did not help any sales.

no one says that my files are unique, i said that they have good quality; i know they are mirrored but i have downloads on 700mb files with a free to dl limit of 400mb... and it's IMPOSSIBLE that everyone that have downloaded those files to be premium users. I can't believe that and i think that are many users from here that are in the same situation... read older posts.
I have great respect for Hish, i'm not saying that he's stealing or "lose" sales, but there's got to be something!!!
In a month+ i have 35$... c'mon, i'm living in Romania, live is freacking expensive here!!!

got to love romania dude, i am from there 2, i hope its a bug in the system and all will go back to how it was, i got downloads on files of 3-4 gb and i am sure that not evrey user has a premium account, hope all will be well soon!

 

I am on PPD, never stopped adding new content and publishing it on at least 50 boards once per two days. Things went fine (as expected) for some time, but the recent statistics show very troubling trend. Right now the blue curve fell to critically low level despite that I didn't stop working and even doubled my efforts during the last Fiesta weekend. Never had any corrupted or deleted files.

I usually post one single link + a set of split parts for free users. All single links are below 1G (average 350mb, with only a few files up to 600-700mb) and thus are downloadable by free users anyway. However, as a matter of fact, I removed the split parts from all posts/boards before the last Fiesta weekend. Could this be the reason of such a drastic drop in statistics?

Hish, could you confirm that the download counter works properly with no bugs? My ID is 1600577. I need this to adjust my "file size/parts" approach.

I don't know, i have no problems with stats here...4 sales yesterday, 3 sales today so far...
