@Hish : When downloading why do I get 8 octet file instead of its real size (250 MB) that appears on the file manager.

I have two files with that problem, on servers 153 & 137.

 

Yeah bump for an answer, are they trying to fix this issue??

 

Fileserve have limited remote uploads to other hosts so nothing can be done from filesonic's part.

Filesonic officials have told this previously in this thread.

 

The "Premium" pricing page shows that if you buy a "Lifetime" account, you get 2x month premium vouchers to share....I've had the account for more than a month, how do those vouchers come, how do you get them?

So fileserve, rapidshare and megaupload all killed remote upload on the same day? also why can nobody remote from filesonic to some other hosts all of a sudden.

Filesonic needs to fix the remote issue or reopen the internal remote until it can be fixed. This will effect many many people.

 

You should have gotten the email with the vouchers immediately after purchasing the lifetime account. The email you sign up for filesonic of course

 

I asked the support in the Filesonic some questions and all they say is ask the people in SKYPE i added the people in SKYPE but they never added me back. Hish also promised to come back to me about 1 week ago now after already waiting for 1 week. Support is not the strong side of Filesonic.

 

Any sugestion? How can i check for how low long i sold premium half&half fixed 5?

 

@above - you are on fixed $10 or w/e you do not get sale size statistics, thats a part of the risk of a fixed price

 

I havent tried remote TO Filesonic ,but remote FROM Filesonic to Fileserve doesnt work

 

you can see the premium duration from advanced statistics

 

copy in FM not workin, only in folder

Filesonic have caused a big problem blocking internal remote. Fileserve has banned filesonic since it was burning a load of BW by people remoting from filesonic and then back again. This was obviously going to happen. Many people are remoting gigs and gigs per day.

It is now going to be a big headache to make any kind of backups for large files or you will need a seed server with a huge storage capacity. Most will not afford this.

Filesonic should reopen internal remote until they can persuade fileserve to call off this block.

i don't think filesonic should allow internal remote because then the copying of the files become much easier and the original content uploader will not get as much credit as he should get. And no other filehost allow internal remoting then why should filesonic

 

Blocking fs to fs internal remote upload is essential otherwise filesonic links get banned in many high traffic forums which will eventually affect both filesonic & affiliates.

 

Files are corrupted and they are not showing as removed, they remain on the file manager !!

Filesonic IT, would you please fix this ? I can't know which file is corrupted unless somebody who want to download it inform me.

It's impossble to test daily all the files whether they are corrupted or not

P.S : I just remote files from Megaupload (few seconds ago) and they are automatically corrupted, which is normal since servers where they should be stored are already dead since 2 days at least. R.I.P (servers 133 & 145)

 

Hi , please is there any problem if 2 accounts are opened from the same ip ?
