Hello , Just wanted to know what you think about it & maybe filesonic will act on in.

    * Personally i think the limit should be moved to atleast 1gb . I have 452mb file parts for Fileserve & i have to rar the files again to 395mb for filesonic

    + Then links aren't interchangeable

Also many uploaders are posting single links now & the 400mb limit for filesonic prevents that.

400mb limit is not a major problem for a filesonic exclusive uploader. the reason why you want that is because you want to mirror it in other hosts, for solving this issue instead of uploading 1 gb files on other hosts consider 400 mb files.

Also raising this limit affect some filesonic uploaders who do not have that much speed internet connection for uploading 1 gb at one stretch.

I think filesonic made it 400mb+ to limit mirroring, other file hosts too employ this strategy for example file tier of
    filefactory is 5 - 75 - 125 - 300 mb while
    filesonic is 1 - 51 - 101 - 251,
    fileserve is 1 - 50 - 100 - 200 - 450 - 2gb
megaupload is less than 100 mb etc
thus they place various file tiers to limit the no of mirroring to other hosts without specifying this directly to uploaders.

Mirroring reduces sales rate, this is why i think filesonic place this 400mb+ limit, if you're using both filesonic & fileserve for ppd purpose then choose 251 mb chuck rar files which will help you to earn even more than 1 gb chunk.

1 gb single file will get $25 on fileserve & $30 on filesonic, so total = $55 (US traffic) (1000 downloads), if you use 251 mb chunk then for the same 1 gb data you get 4 x $55 = $220 (1000 downloads) which is far greater also easy for downloading without a premium membership.

Yes, this stupid limit has to be raised. 400MB per file is just pathetic considering others are offering 2GB per file for free users.

Filesonic is meant for getting maximum sales. By placing this 400mb+ limit they can force some people to buy premiums & many who opted pps also like this, this is why they are very confused in this matter.

Forcing users to buy premium for links above 400mb+ sucks :(

They can get sales in other ways by offering a good service .

No other filehosts have such a low limit - does that mean they don't get sales ?

They might be receiving many sales from such above 400mb+ files, also they don't want to discourage some affiliates who like this sort of sales technique. If filesonic make a change in size like 410mb+ it will affect some of their previously uploaded files.

Giving an option to whether allow or disallow download for free users for files above 400mb+ might be the best option as it satisfies all affiliate's interests.

Stay 400MB is better for filesonic itself and PPS Affiliate.
change to 1 GB benefit for free user and PPD Affiliate.

if FS change to 1 GB limit, I believe more people will turn to PPD and using mirro.

I checked 135 forums and only 2 of them are AGAINST filesonic, do not bump please. may be you are talking about XXX forums.
But the world is not XXX ... wrz forums still accept filesonic posts without any MIRRORS.

I post to the best wrz forums and no problem for there

if u send me warez forums BAN filesonic , I will believe to you. But I nearly have all wrz forums.
