So, I believe fileserve is cutting earnings as of late. my average was about $9 a day in downloads, since a month ago it started going down to $6. I haven't change anything for it to go down so drastically. Then a week ago I started to suspect FS cutting earnings so I did this test. I posted a kind of high in demand video (keep in mind, this video is unique since I subbed it and encode it) as a torrent, I'm the only seeder, I set my upload rate to 5kb/sec. then posted an FS link of the same movie in the same place where I posted the torrent, while asking people to help seed. What happened next was, I started seeing seeders popping up while my FS statistic report was not consistant to the number of seeds that was popping up. I monitored this test through out the whole day and the results wasn't even close to give some doubts. This video should have given a noticeable boost to the day totals and still ended up in the average of $6 Did you guys notice anything different? or am I the only one?
also forgot to mention that this video was over 450mb, 1.8GB to be exact, it was divided into 4 parts of 460mb parts and 1 of 50mb, and usually all my files are between 250mb and 400mb, statistic showed on that day an slight increase of 450mb+ downloads but noticeable decrease of downloads of the 250mb files on that day only, looks like FS was balancing the 250mb download rate with the 450mb download rate to get to the $6 average. that has to be more than coincidence. I hope i'm wrong about this cause Im a premium user and do like Fileserve but evidence are telling me otherwise.
