its so easy to see whats going on ..and heres my final piece of evidence of someone i talked to on the ph today he pmed me this..

"Thank you for the tip off. This is now an official ongoing investigation, so I cannot get directly involved further. And I will not be making any further comment personally. However you can quote me if you so desire as warning them is unlikely to help them at this stage. We presently have little further information, but tend to always get our man/men. All I can tell you at the moment (although there is a little more I cannot disclose) to help you in your cause to warn other potential victims, is fileserve’s servers are located in New Jersey and operated under contract by choopa. James Sozomenou is their head of sales and appears to be in charge of the fileserve account (james@choopa.com) Choopa seem to be a good genuine company and should be disturbed to hear about this. Suggest you write an email, we cannot contact them yet. You should copy in the CEO who will I’m sure launch his own investigation as they will not want to be tarnished by this. I have been informed it is typical that a scamming company of this sort will have their servers located in one country and be operating in another as they believe this offers them protection as in a confusion of jurisdiction. Although this in untrue as the person/people heading the scam can always be prosecuted by the authorities in the country they live (at this point the only other person we have found who appears to be working at fileserve is a Chris whose surname is presently unknown. Although this may or not be Mr. Yau) It is likely that there will be a number of people working together in an operation of this scale. I would also suggest contacting paypal at the highest level Scott Thompson is the paypal CEO. Whatever you may think paypal are not your enemies and our feeling is they will not want to be involved with fileserve when they hear of all of this (whilst there are somethings you don’t know, you should tell all that you do know, to protect future victims) this may cut off their main money supply in the short term at least. Just one question. Will you prepared to make an official statement and share you’re experiences in court? Forgive me for the lack of further information, I cannot provide anything further except our present opinion is fileserve may be a money laundering operation. Also both choopa and paypal have strict anti spamming policies (if you understand what I'm telling you)"
