FileServe Premium service is a TOTAL scam

I'm on my wifi connection with 350KB max, so no 900K speed, but in a few minuts i post new pics

 

Never mind i dragged the laptop to the lan connection.

 

Maybe i been here 50 minuts, but i'm not going to reload the page every second, didn't see the browser thing =>

 

well, I'm a fileserve, filesonic and hotfile premium user. my download speed is 800 KB/sec

I get this:
Fileserve: 817 KB/sec
Hotfile: 810 KB/sec
Filesonic: 287 KB/sec (I need download 3 files at the same time to get full speed)

I don't know why this guy get low speed from fileserve. or you are talking pure bullshit to ruin the prestige of fileserve?

The time here is now 09:17 CET (Central European Time), i made the screenshot with ACDSee Pro 3, hence the [Software ] = "ACD Systems Digital Imaging". But i doubt what ever i say would change your mind, but thats not the point, just showing people here fact.

thx for the shots..im still very iffy wit fileserve i get good speeds from everyone so pardon my fuss here...if anyone else wit over 100 posts can post unedited shots from there browser i would like to see wat comes of it.

anyways this is my last follow up post, it has close to 550 views and no other reviews, only from there payout thread, which seems to be doin mediocore, i hope i didnt make too much of a mess but i will keep up wit fileserve in the future and see how it turns out, but nevertheless i want u to make the final decision on w.e..so i bid a due and hope all goes well but if anyone thinks all these people showed up within mins of each other and had 1 nice pic dunno im not a big coincendce guy but w.e its up too u thx dp

 

@n3wt you're right and everyone's knocking you! You're not the first to notice something fishy, or refused a refund. Others have been threatened! For proof just google "ricky+yau" "fileserve" this "gentleman" appears to be the owner he is answering dmca (dmca page has since been changed) and threatening disclusure of downloads/uploads to various others. Scary stuff. Too many hats for someone who is just CSing The thing about the the internet is EVERYTHING is there for people to see. Anyone can find this. There are various other posts on this very forum referring to fileserve lowering downloads and earnings. And too many scam reports across the web for fileserve considering it's been going for such a short time. Perhaps some transparency Mr. Yau. You never know who is watching you! I'm forwarding what I know to the appropriate authorities as I don't like scammers.

 

Lol, problem here, is there are lots of frauding morons being banned on fileserve, i guess this ilocatescams is one of these morons, and now you trying to give fileserve a bad name by these unproven allegations.

And i googled for "ricky+yau" "fileserve" there are only 4 results only bad one i could read was what i call hear say, he said this and that..i never take this stuff serious...
and i doubt a owner would handle stuff like DMCA.

 

Get a life and take your paranoia meds. What else is the guy with the screenshots suppose to do... invite you over to his place. Besides you got ur money back and whatnot so if you don't like the stop then stay away.

 

So did you google "Ricky yau" "fileserve" to see for yourself? Also there appears to be someone from hong kong with the same name who has recently been to prison. Just a coincidence. Mr. Yau started this thread as business development and has since apparently been demoted to customer service, or is he just choosing the title that suits at the time? For your information I have never joined or been banned from fileserve; perish the thought. I am just an investigator based in hong kong who has google alerts to inform me of scams, and I am investigating fileserve. Threatening behaviour as can be seen by simply googling Mr. Yau are severely frowned upon.

Everything you say doesn't make sense if you realy searched with google there are many Ricky Yau's damn on page 1 there is even a "Ricky Yau - The Professional Pianist" so your saying with all your know of Hong Kong, there is only 1 person that called Ricky Yau a ex-con (what you say), Professional Pianist, Photographer and Gastroenterologist (only from the first search page of google) and hes does business development for fileserve, wow busy man our Ricky

And I don't personally handle DMCA - We have people who does, and I get the requests at times via our contact us form and I gladly pass it to the right people.

So when people start using our bandwidth and they afterwards use it extensively and want a refund because the file was "broken" (thank the uploader) or because there was a password in the rar file (thank the uploader again), it is our problem? Should we ask for a refund for spending time on THEM and on top of that the bandwidth they've used - And it wasn't a 100 MB. Funny.

tactic 1 users with high payouts and suspicious files get "banned" to keep scheme afloat
tactic 2 if u complain they state that they WILL TERMINATE account (my account is STILL active, there trying to find more stuff i downloaded too bad it was jus tv stuff
... thats to keep u shut ..they know u know u wont get any refund
tactic 3 ..if u argue abt refunds like me.. RICKY exposes... files to ISP and paypal ..to keep u shut ..he wont do such a thing..
tactic 4 ... if u refund thru cc (claim UNAUTHORIZED),ricky claims he will go to paypal wit details and he says he has a "account manager " wit paypal.. yea rite..
tactic 5... ricky keeps all the money he jus keeps transfering all the amount to his own accounts , and some to payouts *thus why u see a lag in payout times
tactic 6...claim u have people working for paypal so u get nervous
tactic 7 ...make fake users liek aint.it.johnny ..sah...and moggy and countless others
tactic 8 ...monitior all forums with fake users or guests..generally with low user counts liek here (the pros make the accounts way before the actual scheme goes into play)
tactic 9 ...anyone noticed that on that forum (has less users) that a guy called "Barty" under 70 posts but replies to that topic quick (these guys cant even create good names)
(he has new acct , and very friendly to fileserve ..but has unique posts... he jus makes non sense posts alot ..meaning they hire people to jump on there fileserve promising stuff for there loyalty)
tactic 10 ...in his own words "I took out a paid account with Fileserve (for a month, I think) and noticed in their terms and conditions that this would instigate a recurring monthly charge after the month had exprired. You may have missed the disclosure in the terms and conditions: it is very easy to do so and a little unfair of the provider to do this."
