FileServe Premium service is a TOTAL scam

just got fileserve premium service and i live in a major city , i got about 200k even after downloading a dl manager , i get easily ard 800 K from hotfile and get 400 k from mediafire free,

Fileserve payouts and refferall programs are good thus lot of people using them but there premium speeds are the EXACT same as there free service, which is sloowwww.

i can post screen shots of everything from speeds from other hosts and speeds from there premium service, including how there rude customer service said i couldnt do anything about it thru paypal ( they know digital goods cant be refunded) and ended stating there company makes more then my value of my house, which was confusing enuff.

stay clear plz of file serve premium services heard nothing but the worst from these fly by night host.

You're an idiot, mate. You go on here to find "verification" of your shabby Internet, claiming 200 KB/sec when there's a ton of people who gets speeds that are mindboggling-quick and shoulder-rubbing with Megaupload's. You try to claim otherwise, but yet lack in providing evidence. Nice try.

I'll still say that we payout more weekly than what the roof over your head is valued at for down-payment. It is that simple that we're a legit and honest service. You're just a mug with too much time on your 22 year old life's hands. Now go jog on and play in another sandbox.

only verification further needed is how rude everyone from that company is, which mite just consist of ricky , but further more i dont need time wasted anymore on this my visa refunded the amount they apparentely know about ways of ur type, i NEVER said it was slow to everyone everywhere, but if i live in houston , at night, on a sunday and i never break 300k ,

i should get a refund instead of u offering me to use a dl manager and talking about my house which u know nothing off all the way from hong kong where u said u lived in ,
speeds can be attributed to anything, if im gettin great speeds from everyone and not u , like ur website claimed shouldnt i get a refund or heavy discount instead of ur 13 yr old ridicule?

starting to understand why ur in hong kong or wherever u are,
rapidshare died fast , they had good payouts, and when ur time ends u will fade away quietly just as fast, and lurk to a new host , 2 people here got under 400 k , and that other guy mite jus be someone from fileserve, u tink if ur speeds were "astonishing" that more members would be here calling me a idiot,

stay clear from fileserve u wont get a refund for anything, and just there crappy cust service which was 13 hrs late, STICK wit hotfile or even mediafire for the love of god i never felt ripped off before this, i should have known something was up when fileserve popped up to every warez blog, families aren't using this to send there vids, this is a shaddy company dealing in everything shady .

@n3wt: You seem to have made Ricky very upset 'cos usually he's a calm fella ;-). If you're saying you are located in a major US city.... well boy 800 k is not what I call top notch broadband in fact I'd call it rather slow. however NO filehoster is gonna refund you based on the fact that your download speed is slow. Why is that? well there are a 1000 things that contribute to a slow download: peering, high-traffic, a bad route, maintenance works within your ISPs lines.......
And the standard replay you always gonna get form a filehoster is use a dl-manager. And you know what most of the time it really does the trick. I've never been a premium customer with fileserve but I can tell you this. I tap a line that get more than 30 Mbit/s and if I use a normal browser most of the time I won't get the full speed and just 1 MB/s or 2 MB/s but as soon as a use Flashget the line gets hot ;-).
Another thing you are wrong when you say that rapidshare died fast. First of all they are not dead and secondly they were the first in the biz. Only thing that changed is that the aint gonna give you a reward for uploading. And btw they had a crappy rate ;-).
Finally what's stored on fileserve's servers or on any other server is subject of the uploader. And if you serve on shaddy pages that happen to upload to fileserve... what's it got to to with the fileserve service itself.

First off, most filehosts would never even bother to answer you. I had the courtesy to do so, because we live up to high standards of CS'ing. You fail to understand this, so go somewhere else where your problems wouldn't be addressed within 12 hours on a WEEKEND. Yes, I took time OFF my weekend to answer your mail. Try to wrap your head around that.

Secondly, you somehow do not understand what I was trying to get at - We don't "scam" people. We have not scammed a single user. You feel "scammed" because your Internet line suck. It is that simple - Our servers are rocking and giving off speeds sidelined with Mega's.

Thirdly, you obviously have not been around to even read what's going on and why people stopped uploading, so please go in-depth into this before commenting.

Fourthly, try to get an answer from Hotfile OR Mediafire within 13 hours. I need someone to please verify how long it took for them to get a reply back (I've read 7+ days).

13 years of age...You seem to be taking that up a bit too much considering you're 22, sitting on DP, on your own FREE time to argue why you got a sucky speed.

I'll be sure to submit everything to Paypal so you won't hit any other filehosts again with your nonsens(e)

u dont even need programs the 1st pic has pixel movement around the numbers for Fileserve,( LOOK CLOSELY OR UNDER MAGNIFICATION)

the reason big hosts dont email back abt speed IS they know there speeds are reasonably fast EVERYWHERE ...file serve does what OTHER hosts do is

u keep a dialouge going till they get the money atleast thru paypal and they have slow servers with slow everything and then keep contact perfect within 12 hrs to keep the charade going in reality nothing is going to happen but file serve taking what money will be left and run like Rapidshare...they employ stooges like the last guy and others to keep the scam going...dont believe me run jpegsnoop urself...
hide ur tracks better...i know hotfile is only 500-800k..but there REPUTABLE and i dont mind waiting few min. for tv shows( a new torrent wont get close to that even on most semi private places)

MY GUESS:
ricky owns fileserve , one guy owns the hosting company , gets some servers from OVH , slow speeds, gets the money from the subscribers,does the payout, keeps
cycling , UNTIL the influx of the NEW USERS slows down (IT HAPPENS EVENTUALLY ALWAYS) then money drys up and he runs to a new host, its a common scam .

MY RED FLAG: a guy called ricky yao from hong kong does everything on the net including spam this host everywhere on every forum , hes from hong kong, but uses
words like "mate" ...lol..

nice move, cover ur tracks, change ur words, nothing will help u , the reason speeds for upload and download are slow in some places is ur 2 servers are in china and some people are far and get slow some get fast, but u dont care abt the speeds , jus the money , look wat greed has done to u ricky , (can i atleast get ur real name ricky yao lol)
