Hi guys! I just Uploaded Some Files on Fileserve These was the Visual Studio 2010! So they have Removed it due to copyrights But Visual studio 2010 is a trial version and i uploaded it as i downloaded from Microsoft's site.How it can be illegal as i also post a thread in visual studio fourms that can i share It.They said yes i can share this with my friends.So i uploaded on fileserve!.To share with my friends.They are not being able to download this from microsoft site so i think to upload it on a file host to share with them. Now they have removed my files also from "dmca removing files" Tab on the site what is this? will They take this illegal or legal?Now what are they going to do? Please Reply Soon!
Trial version doesn't mean Freeware or under GPU licence... A trial version is a copyrighted software available for trial purpose (means before buying the licence right) So it's "forbidden" to make them available on line from other sources than Microsoft (and especially Microsoft who has a very strong policy with that)

;-) Well id you were just sharing with ur buddies then the question is what kind of a friend would report your files. And I as already mentioned freeware,etc. doesn't mean you are allowed to share it - you have to have the writen permission of the author. Finally don't worry to much if you don't pill up DMCA's or piss of the wrong guys your account should be fine ;-).
