[ Fileserve ] $ 7 difference between earning dl and account balance

    As you see , i got $21,96 in ( my earning ; download and referral )

    but $14.95 in ( account balance )

    who can give me an explanation?

    Read what it says under the Transfer to Payout button.
    The amount you're allowed to transfer out of your total earnings is updated once a day.

    sigh...after money has been transfered it isnt in your account balance, your downloads & referals earnings include today's earnings which your account balance doesn't
