Guys anyone having Problem with RU .... I'm getting error logo ..as soon as i add any file to the queue ... dunno why ..it was running ok till yesterday .. i used FSn files for RU btw..

 

And I also have this problem yesterday

 

all premium prices have been reduced by 0.05 this basically makes people see it as a smaler price than it is, the same thing they do with petrol prices when it's 134.9 instead of 135, it looks cheaper... The currency thing is practiced by many file hosts, especially fileserve who charge people out side of USD using countries more for their premiums, almost double for .uk residents.

What im wondering is, will premium renewals be changed or left at the previous prices?

 

The fact they are charging some people in USD is good for them, as this means they will have more direct USD balances in their paypal etc... 's accounts, meaning less fees for them on conversion

Anyway I will announce the news again here.

Today our premium subscription prices have been changed a bit. We have used the most popular (though not unique) marketing trick - each plan price has been reduced by 5 cents.

In addition, the prices are now displayed in USD for a series of countries - first of all, USA, Canada, Australia, and some others. Sure, we still display prices in EUR for countries of Europe. We would like to note that the prices in USD won't be recalculated according to the current exchange rate, what means that our partners who work with sale plans may notice different revenue from USD and EUR worth premium plans. However prices in USD are not less in value than the ones in EUR.

As for the countries that will see USD prices - we have not determined the final list yet. We are going to analyze the results of this change and make the final decision then. However we hope that these changes will allow to increase our partners' revenue right from the start.

I think its a good idea for USA and Canada maybe AUS at a push but as Jimbo pointed out I hope with the renewal's we don't lose too much. Also as the Euro is being artificially held up by the Chinese any collapse of the euro might see you ditching it for good and going USD across the board

Also any news about another CC/DC gateway other than Paypal?

 

Our partners won't lose anything from renewals, not sure why that should happen. You can see actual prices now on the site (they are valid for rebills also). We have decreased prices by 5 cents only...

As for alternative payment methods - they will be added after the holidays in New Year.

 

Good trick, I think premium account will sale more ...

 

I was pleased to see the USD prices loading, this has the potential to increase sales in a very positive way.

 

Why does not RU

 

You mentioned new payment methods, is this paying for premium or being pai solutions? as in affiliate payout as well as premium purchasing

RU is completely frozen... especially for FSN->FP and WU->FP .... onlyt 1 out of 20 goes through ...that too after 4-5 retries !!

As I have replied to you, the thing is not in our system, FSO requires captcha to be filled for some downloads (not all, just a part as we can see from our stats) - that usually happens to prevent suspicious activity (too many files being downloaded). So you need to retry, we can not help here. We only will contact FSO with that.
