First of all, I hope you had wonderful Christmas weekend (those who celebrate Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar).

We had some serious technical issues with servers environment on the weekend (and due to the holidays it took our hosting team longer to respond and take necessary measures), we are sorry for that, such a situation when several servers stop working normally is really rare. That is why we have decided to prolongate the promo for 26th and 27th of December. Also, we can see that even with the troubles there were downloads and sales. (however it seems that users were less active during the holiday weekend).

Have you not received your Alertpay payout? We have loaded the account, so it should be fine now.

Please contact our support team via the tickets, we should recalculate that.

It totally depends on the way how other side has implemented integration. It is better to ask them. However I believe you should use your e-mail address.

Have not you received the payout via AlertPay? Please let me know. I can see you submitted your latest payout request on Friday evening - you will get it today according to our rules (we do not process payouts on weekends).

 

Its just your way of thinking.Downloaders mostly choose filehost,which have better download speed.
Fp with 15kb/sec download speed is not very attractive,compared to other filehosts ,which have 200-800 kb/sec download speed.
Peoples can f*ck layout,if they have 15 kb/sec download speed.lol

 

If you or your users face only such low download speed values, they should contact our support team and provide details about their location.

I am so surprised to see your reaction, especially since you already got payouts from us. We have repeated multiple times ( and everyone who works with us knows that) that we process payouts in the evenings. If you request the payout in the first part of a day, you receive it the same evening. If a payout request is created in the second part of a day, we process it the next business day evening.

 

You Mean You Send me Payment??? Ofcourse, First Time When I Request Payment I Gotta Within Some Hours, But Now I Really Don't Receive Anything Yet.

 

Some news for today.

As you could have noticed, FilePost service had technical troubles at Catholic Christmas Eve and night hours. The situation was really complicated - we had some environment hardware-based glitches that touched several servers at once, and one of those servers was supposed to be a reserve one. The chances of such a coincidence are really low, however that happened unfortunately. Due to the holiday, it took our datacenter support team longer to respond and react to the issues. We need to mention that our own technicians were immediately involved into the repair process and did everything possible to resolve the troubles.

We regret that the troubles happened during the promo days, thus we would like to compensate the lost revenue to our partners. This technical failure was the situation that even could not be imagined, and we are ready to announce generous compensation. We prolongate the promo - 100% of sales - for two additional days - 26th and 27th of December! We are sure lots of our partners will be able to earn much more these days.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will take all necessary measures to prevent similar situations in the future. At the moment the service works in a stable mode. The coming holidays won’t influence the service work - we will continue monitoring of the technical part and will continue technical support of our users and partners.

I thought the same, as it stands with paying uploaders 100% of the sale anything more is coming out of Fileposts pocket and it would take a couple of sales for Filepost to recoup that loss
