Don't assume anything I have the email notification and no not amazing most hosts will grant free premium if you can prove previous earning or ask nicely, Filepost even stated this had you took notice, and insults so asking me if I was a moron is not an insult? well ok if it wasn't meant to be I apologize for my retorted insult.

Filepost seems like "The new Promising" host file, and i am considering joining...However, I would hate to get the shaft like it happened with H0tfile.
I understand "the reason" behind closing some accounts, whatever, but I think it would be only fair if people would at least get a warning that they are about to be canned? How hard would that be, and why wouldn't that be possible?

He was posting Hollywood movies that too in untouched HD format with sizes over 45 gb for each movie. He have also remote uploaded many such collection in his account and when filepost staff saw this they might thought that he may continue do so even if files deleted that may be why they deleted without any warning.

Posting latest movies (like running in theaters) of any kind is surely not allowed in any filehost. If anyone is posting such movies please stop posting as it can also land into legal troubles.

if someone shares files like new movies or games and if this filehost takes mails from dmca, than just remove those files....why BANNING the accounts.
l used and using filehosts like fsn,wupload,fs...always getting mails that some of my files deleted due to dmca, but none of them banned me.
thats why l am not gonna use filepost

Thanks to all our old partners for your support. We have learned our lesson - how one person can confuse the issue. I once again would like to repeat that we send warnings to our partners when they get too many DMCAs - and we will continue doing that. In this very case taking into consideration volumes we had to close the account.

@mrbowman - if you do not stop the hysterics, we will have to contact administration team here and moderators. Also it seems you create new accounts here at the forum and start using them to blacken us - we will also inquire about these accounts. Look how your claim 'i share tons of illegal content and my account got closed for that' looks like - please read our TOS again btw.

We will think about that. Now if a partner obtains a new premium subscription via someone else's files - that someone else gets a percentage of the sale - and I think it is honest cause his very file attracted the user to the service again.

Today the file queue is less than it used to be yesterday, still the queue exists - it should be uploaded soon today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am sorry, the question has been clarified multiple times by us. We are not going to continue the discussion of this question. We have accepted that we should have warned the used before closing his account ( btw, he received an e-mail notification at the same moment when the account was closed as well as the payout). Please read our TOS. Everyone is free to choose the file hosting he wants.

Yes its nice but if that cancelled premium buyer again buys premium directly without anyone's download link please give the credit to first affiliate as he is the one who originally brought him and made familiar with filepost.

    Thanks

I think RU dont work good. I put yesterday 40 links and today is 30 uploaded and 10 error. I push retry and 10 links is Processing few % and for few minutes again in queue.

Everyone who complaining about remote upload should atleast consider that most filehost's don't even support remote uploading files from wupload, filesonic etc. I was testing various filehosts these day and sadly no one is able to remote upload files from wupload successfully and the only hope is with filepost & filesonic. Its true some times remote upload fails due to increased loads but its far better than no chance.

I thinks filepost should do something to reduce the waiting time for remote.
How about free account have limit 10GB or 50 line per day, Premium user have limit 100GB or 200 line per day.

Now it is killing me for just waiting.
