its not 9tb I copyed old files for take backup its mean it copied links if one of linsk dead or not able to useable I will post it I uploaded 4.5 in 1 months or 2 sopmethign like that

I uploaded 1 tb in 7 days and I sold 10 sales 1 sales was 2 years 1 of 6 months rest was 1 months Ididnt getmy money or my account actived this guys just scam me if you think abpout keep uploading its your choose ifthis happened to me same thing will evetually happen to you your account not prodative is not excues to not pay someone or block his account I remember hotfile did such a terblly mistake and now look hotfile where are they ? mailing for back to upload them this file host is scam I have proff and posting all arfical programs I will not let other upload have same fade like me I worked I spent time I pay money for upload thos emovies Isp etc and most important one 10 peoples got premimum from filepost they trust and now one of uploader is banned what they will do with thire preminum I was only person Upload filepost ? for them filepost prefix not even added any forum I suspect about it now I found out reason this topic should close as soon as poislby if they not have storage they can limit total space not blocking account and deleting my files

 

Its not banned message instead technical issue message which usually lasts for few seconds please retry again after some time.

Someone contacted FilePost about slow upload speeds and this is the reply they got:

olgaz you gotta be trolling right? go here https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/ try using that if you get the site start asking your service provider questions if you have done everything else, if you dont get the site sling you puter in the bin

 

Nowadays all filehosts are very caution about uploaded contents as copyright laws can put filehosts in trouble. So if filehost don't take action about contents soon they have to close the website so they are forced to ban those who are uploading illegal contents.

 

mrbowman, filepost support member have told that they will pay you your earned money. Please PM FilePost concerning it. They may be afraid that they may land into troubles if such contents are hosted in their website that may be the reason why they have deleted your files.

 

I dont care I asked filepost he said its ok for upload movies and no limitation I spent my 7 days to upload and many people buy for download moviies what I gonne say this people after I post other Filehost if you guys keep uploading you always gonne have this risk tehy can ban your account because DCMA space stroge or now uploadingmovies inactive files this guys how real face theynot trustable people I wish I didnt lave filesonic now I undrsutend trust is most impostant I gonne PM hish I dont care abbout speed thanks for your honesty

 

I need to explain the situation here.

@mrbowman - Stop posting such negative comments - and they are not true actually. We did not scam you, we have to take some measures in order not to become the second Wupload. What is more, you were paid the requested payout - so we did not scam you. For some reason you do not mention that in your posts.

If you do not stop blacking us, I will have to contact the mods here at the forum also. You upload the content that is totally not yours (you do not own rights for it) - so why are you screaming?

 

Dude, be reasonable. Everyone who uses FilePost or any other file hosting site is posting warez. You think people sign up for premium so they can download their family's xmas photos?

If you don't allow Hollywood movies or "anything you do not own rights for" then you're going to have to ban... well, everyone.

Also, the official wupload reason for closure of their affiliate program is that they could no longer continue since it was not financially viable. Why are you saying Wupload closed due to Hollywood movies?

what I know is my account blocked reason I upload movies and I didnt get any warm or anythign even I asked dont worry filepost your adress already banned 2 forums if you want explanation ask your support team mate Im posting thias pictures all arround internet everyone will know you banning people for uplaoding movies deleting files is ok for DCMA I didnt say anythign about it but telling you have 9tb movies which only 4.5 uploaded rest is copied file we dont want work with you even we got preminum users money

I am afraid that is not a real reason, you can find real reason posted in their thread (I am sure somebody posted the link to the real reason). We are sure sorry for this ban - and we replied to mrbowman honestly why we had to close the account. We did a payment to him, so nobody scammed him.

We sure are not going to ban all accounts - just this very account had only movies. In the future we will send warnings to our partners who upload lots of similar files.

 

If you know better than Willy Wupload why they are closing their affiliate program then that's interesting. From Wupload:

You're now stating AS FACT that they were closed due to DMCA etc and using this as a reason to ban someone from FilePost??

And your point about mrbowman's account only having movies - this is very very very common. Often people will have their niche. I have mine and only post a certain kind of file.

This was a really bad move on your part. People will know that uploading movies will get you banned and basically won't want to use your service for anything. Really bad move, especially considering how vocal mrbowman is lol.

 

We did not invent any 'special reasons' to 'ban someone's account' as you say. Seems you do not understand the reasons of the situation. Lots of the newest Hollywood movies (9TB - please imagine how many DMCAs can be received for that) can bring the service lots of harm and make us even close, taking into consideration the latest news ( I am sure you will find them out anyway). So the question here is about the service life actually - that is our only point. We would not close the account of our partner without obvious reasons - once again let me notice we processed his payout request today.

This situation does not mean we will ban accounts - nope, we will prevent such situations and will warn our partners. However in this case we had nothing to do but to make this move.

 

Can you not just receive the DMCAs and then remove the files that are complained about? That's what everyone else does.

That must be A LOT of people you banned.

 

9 Tb means many movies which everyone can imagine so filepost may have concluded that he will again post such movies and may bring their site into trouble. That may be why they have banned him without any warning.
