Remote upload is working perfectly for me. Files will be queued for some time but it will be eventually get processed.

 

10,000 downloads accumulated over time on some forums might mean 20-30 sales through that period, on other forums it might mean 1-2 sales if any sales ever.
That doesn't mean that I'm supposed to stop posting there. There's no people in there that I should think of as my 'enemies who are not buying accounts over my files'. They're just people, and they should be allowed to download the way they prefer just like people on sites where you constantly get sales.

Sales don't 'just come' irrelevant to where you post, and usually file sharing people love to post everywhere. If someone is better off with PPD he shouldn't be punished with 'rejections' of any type, otherwise the PPD plan would be a fraud and that would be recognized soon enough by site communities. We shouldn't be producing a host that offers files 'to whole world - but only where people pay'. Cause that's certainly NOT the whole world. Promotion of a filehosts' files around has a value on it's own, and shouldn't be disregarded as irrelevant.

 

Keep on getting this at the moment, not good . Please fix this asap!

remote upload is really so bad ... it should be like other filehosts . on other filehost file can be uploaded within a second by remote upload but filepost remote upload is wasting user's time

yes .. other filehost offer remote upload within a single click .. you can upload hundreds of file on a single click

 

I need to thank all our 'old' partners for your explanation and advice here. Your comments and descriptions are really useful!

@Everyone - yes, this weekend was tough and we may continue facing high load due to the new partners from WU joining us and starting uploading their files. However we will do our best to keep the load, also will setup new servers. Please be patient, thanks.

What browser and what version do you use at the moment? I remember you used one of previous FF versions.

FP to FP RU is not allowed at all - that has been discussed so much here in the thread...

As for our regular RU - files just stay in the queue longer than usually, however get uploaded finally.

As for your previous question - the rule is 100MB/hour what means if a user downloads a 300MB file, he will need to wait 3 hours (since the start of the first download) for the next file download start.

Could you provide more details on that ? Do you see loading page after they click on Slow download button? On what step do they face problems?

That was an issue lasting for several seconds. Sorry for that.

just not work, u need speed and space or there is no reason work, i can't upload my files from FS, fix and make it faster, or there is no reason work here, remote always stoped

 

Yea well all the people trying to upload hundreds of files make it hard for those of us trying to RU one file. I had to wait 4 hours for 3 files but it would of taken me a lot longer with my upload speed to ftp them so what the hell.

 

What do you mean 'not work'? Do you get errors? If so, what errors exactly? Please understand again that we did not expect so many new partners from WU - that causes some delays. Still partners continue uploading files, I can not say it is not possible to upload files at all - we get reports about high speed values via ftp - you can try this method.

 

Mate, did u read my message.THAT'S WHY I TOLD U, u NEED SPACE AND SPEED,

REMOTE WAS STUCKED BEFORE WUPLOAD DOWN, NOW IS THE SAME. 2 FILES 100 m stuck for 5.6 hours, how we can work just tell me.

Sorry, however have you read any of my replies here as well? You claim RU does not work - it does actually, we get no more than 10% of files processed with errors by RU (we have our internal stats). I have already explained that files stay in queue longer now only due to high load on the servers, I also have said we DO have plans to set up new servers. I ask everyone to be patient.

You seem to be the only one - check your internet connection/settings please.
