Does this compete with Dropbox because dropbox rocks

 

Currently no, but drop box charges heavy fees for storage space so not so many users might be using it. Its better to use ftp for fast uploading.

 

It only accepts 5 connections, i need 10...

I've stopped using your service until you solve your web upload speed problems...

 

There may be high demand now - users upload lots of files, however we are preparing new servers now in EU to make sure we stand the load. I still recommend you to use FTP - it is much more convenient than web upload to my mind.

Today we would like to summarize several changes and adjustments that have been done for the latest week:

1. Remote Upload improvements:
- direct links from DepositFiles and MegaUpload are supported now
- remote Upload from FileJungle has been implemented
- we have improved the remote upload queue sorting process

2. File Export improvements:
- spaces in file names are now replaced by underline symbols
- we have removed odd divisions to new rows

3. We have improved the section with the files uploaded by FTP.

4. Link to Us section now has a new tab with download button images that can be added for partner file links. You can use links for these buttons directly from our site.

We hope you will find these changes and adjustments useful!

 

I like that and anyone using wordpress can pull one of those using fuctions.php making the post look more professional.

@filepost: I protect some of my files with password, but when I write the password the download doesn't start and I get this message "your download is not found or har expired. Please try again " !
I have tried several times with differents files that are protected but always the same! If I delete the password I can download the file! Please Fix it... By the way this happens with premium account, with free account I can write the pass and download the file! But it's important to fix it because if a person buy a premium accoun with my link than is not possibile to download the others files that are protected...thanks...have a nice day

i have a question max upload for free user is 2gb but can only download a 100mb a hour i think you should remove that 100mb a hour thing can somebody tell me will free users be able to download 2 gb in size
