Should be set up this week for both ftp, web and remote upload.

 

When you put the password into 'Options' section - that means this password will be used for the file our hosting - means the file will be protected by this password. I am afraid it won't be possible to download password-protected files from FSO, you only will be able to specify the password for the uploaded files in your account itself.

 

Long-awaited Servers in Europe

Today we are glad to announce first servers in Europe that we have been waiting for so much! We have started their set up yet, at the moment new serves for FTP only are ready. The server address is ftp-eu.filepost.com, and you can use your current FTP login and password (available in FTP Upload section of your account) to access these servers in Europe.

Within the next few days we will be adding new servers that would function for remote and web upload methods. What is more, we are preparing a special feature for FTP server that would significantly improve the work.

Upload more files and enjoy high speeds!

I am sorry, we do not accept such complains without any details - about the host you upload from, file names, your account id. Please send all these details to our support team instead of just saying something does not work and confusing other users here.

I can see files from FSO are successfully uploaded, that is why I always ask our partners to provide as many details as possible about their accounts. Pm me your id or submit a ticket to our support team.

 

question:
does the referral links will work if instead of https i put http:// ?
I ask because IE give a security warning and chrome puts red line in the address bar, this is no good for getting user trust.

And some more news - Rate table changes

Following multiple requests of our partners we are making some changes in our table of rates for PPD program. Since tomorrow the group 251-500MB will become 251-450MB, while 501-1024Mb will be extended to 451-1024MB. This change will make our rates more convenient for those partners who are used to this scheme while working with other file hostings. Despite the fact that the modification looks quite simple, it will influence the revenue positively since lots of popular files are involved. We are doing our best to keep FilePost as competitive as possible.

Also we would like to mention one important thing. Since the service launch we have not been taken into consideration refunds for all plans and programs.
