I have just launched my own Links/URL Protection website. It provides the basic purpose of shielding your links so that they may remain active and online for longer duration. The website has a very minimalistic design. Almost no graphics and without any other visual or bandwidth consuming clutter, the website loads extremely fast. The user has to enter the link to be protected and a suitable or matching alias. The protected link is immediately available after clicking 'Protect URL' button. The alias can have alphanumeric characters along with special characters.
