We have FMPro running on our linux server. I am ready to setup the web interface for customers. I am planning to run the web interface via optiskin on apache. Will I be able to keep FMPro on my linux box or will it need to move to a windows machine? If I need to move it is it possible to convert my data to windows format? IE what is invovled and do I have to buy FMPro for windows if I plan to move it?

You would need a copy of FileMaker Unlimited (which does not run on Linux). There is no special "file conversion" you need to do.
