    I am trying to understand the new naming scheme for FileMaker Pro and Filemaker Advanced. Is advanced the "unlimited" version?

    Anyone? A little help here.....

    I've been playing with FM 8.5 Trial, and when I try to Open A Remote File to load the mainmenu.fp5 file off the DB server, it will not let me connect to the remote server.

    I have specified the correct path, ie., /fmnet:/hostname/ and the "Open" is grayed out.

    It would be helpful to know what version of FMP works with OG... Anyone? Like, hello?

    Thanx Shawn.. BTW, what do you charge for 6.0? I think we have a license to 5.5 Unlimited, but I am not sure if we had one for OSX? I know we have one for OS9 that we bought from you. Can you let me know:

    1. What license we have (from you)
    2. What the cost is to upgrade?
