    Dont know yet, cause not everyone had this downtime.. I always was able to connect to the server. But I think around 5 hours of premium compensation :)


    Just request payout manual.. and we payout every monday.. its not a shame..

    Can't upload, gives error in the end of upload through desktop uploader and from site it says uploaded but no download link appears....

    All these errors above are fixed in a few hours.. Bad hostnames and DNS are causing this.. Some of the techs did a terrible job :)

    Its not something we can push! Its waiting on our own internetproviders to update there zone files.. Some people are already using the website as normal ;) So maybe you can try?

    @FileJunks - not a critism just an observation -surely it'd be a good idea to host with somebody else not hetzner - I know they are cheap but their bandwidth is OVH style and then they meter the speed :( - wouldn't LSWB, Rapidspeeds, Netdirekt, Core-Backbone etc... have been a better idea? :)

    p.s. just started to use your service -- hopefully will be kind to me like duckload - and get me a lot of referals and earn me $$$ :)
