today i got 424 downloads and my earning shows 0.994$ ...

suppose my all downloads are from group c and according your table minimum rate is 2.5$ per 1000 dls then my earning should be 1.06$ ....

can you please check why earning not counted.... ?

madboy009, we just checked the settings and everything should be correct. Maybe some of the downloads were not full downloads or the geo of the downloader could not be tracked?
Either way, contact me via PM or email and when you`re payout is due, I`ll ensure that we add a little extra for you.

I can't log in. I registered like 2 days ago, now it says wrong username or password. I used the password recovery, the username and pass were sent to me, and there was no mistake. I did not forget my info.

still same issue

tomo i get 477 downloads and earning is 2.23$
and according your rates if all downloads from c group it should be 2.38$.
and today 284 downloads earning is 1.165$. it should be 1.42$ if all dowloads from c group.

and it is impossible that all downloads come from only c group because i post US forums also.


please check what is the issue.

 

Their is no issue. You have even said yourself that with 477 downloads and if we only state Group C was the geo of your downloads, your earnings would have been as low as $1.20.

As you have mentioned, you in fact generated $2.23 which indicates that a number of your files were larger than 100 MB and/or the geo of the downloaders were not only made up of Group C countries.

The settings within our script are spot-on. We have checked and tested it using various people at different locations. We also have the latest geo IP database in place so accuracy is as good as it gets. If you wish to, this matter can be discussed further in this thread or via PM/email.

 

you change rates tomo for group c rate was 5$ and today 2.5$.

just one request please increase download limit for guest download.

 

The rates for Group C should never have been changed (increased payouts should only have been on Groups A & B).
