FileHost, ImageHost, Proxy and Free Email Service must go

I'm looking to sell off a few of my babies. The reason I'm selling is I need some capital to work on my main site www.SharkStudio.com.

All 4 of these sites are hosted on my dedicated server except Proxysmart.net which I can move if new owner wants. Currently on a Dreamhost account.

This site has been online since March 2007. I receive about 50-100 unqiue visitors a day according to my sitemeter I've recently added on.

I've also just recently added bidvertisers to the site as of Sept 1 and have generated $6.29.

I recently moved this site to a dedicated server (Sept 10) which costs $125/mo. Prior to the move there was 311 files hosted on the site with over 2500 downloads. Unfortunately I kept timing out during transfer so I decided it was best to just start over from 0. As of this post there is 120 files back on FileSmart.net.

This site uses a free script that I got from galaxyscripts. I had it customized to included uber-uploader to track uploads. Uber-uploader is also another free script. I also had the top 10 section changed to a download area so people could access all files not just the top 10. These changes cost me $80 to have done.

The site was designed by me using all legally purchased stock photos.

I recently had over 1000 pr3 and pr4 back links submitted for this site. Not sure how long it takes for them to kick in on link checkers. I can show proof of links.

This site has been around since Dec. 2005. As of this post it currently hosts over 1400 images. I bought this script off ebay many moons ago for $20 or so. It includes a member section and paid upgrades which I have disabled as I never liked how it worked.

This site use to get massive amounts of traffic when I was heavily advertising it. It is now currently down to 50-100 a day you may verify using sitemeter located on the site. I also made $1800 using adbrite on this site in 2006. I can fax proof of adbrite check. This site actually went down when I was chewing too much bandwidth. It remained down due to a lack of interest from me until recently when I redesign and put it back up and moved it to the dedicated server.

Since Sept. 1 I've made $5.41 using bidvertisers.

I had a video upload section added to this site 18 months ago. It worked great and generated massive amount of traffic but now it is broken and I have yet to have it repaired.

Just recently built this site as I wanted to start building a small Smart Network empire

I've submitted this site to all the proxy submission places I could think of. This site gets about 30-6o visitors a day. Once again you can verify with sitemeter located on my site.

Again I just launched this site. This is a free email service using Socketmail script.

Script cost me $99. I orginally had this script setup on Eerk.com but I sold the site many moons ago and the new owner just let it die. It had well over 2000 free members to it. Since he will not sell me the domain name eerk.com I figured Eerk.us was a cool alternative. Since spam mail does Eerk Us!

This site has not generated any income but when it was Eerk.com it was a cash cow I'm sorry I ever sold it in the first place.

The socketmail script is really indepth and has several advertising features that a dedicated owner can make some really nice $$ from.

This script works on shared hosting account or dedicated server setup as shared hosting.

Sadly I really do not want to sell these site but like I said my design studio is more important to feeding my family at the moment. I need some scratch to launch a new product from it and marketing of the site.
