You should increase earning for 100mb files, from 15/10/5$ to 20/15/10, i think earnings for downloads from tier 2 countries are pretty low.

/edit, remote upload - 7 links at once - 48 mb/s = like it !

 

why sites offer high commission on sales:
they want you to pick this option as they are not paying out unless you get them money - therefore they can not lose money - except on hosting - minimalises risk
