payments where fine and dandy for small amounts $5,10, 20 .. so I thought I'd be nice and wait until $100 to reach payout rather then bothering him all the time.. then BAM no payment .. asked on his official forums a few times, he keeps updating "payments sent, payments sent" ignoring me like most people on DP as they are unable to be professional in the slightest. Came on his forums today and seen I was banned without a word.

Whatever the reason this is not acceptable and this thread should be removed to protect other users from scammed by this guy

Don't fool people here.All other users know about our payments.

joecoo16101 used iframes to send traffic.I can prove it if he want.You can also check in other threads that all image hosts banned him.
I paid him over $60 before checking his site.And he is sending over 50k-100k hits to single 100*100 thumbnail size image that nobody wants to see.I doubt it and checked all his site and found the invisible iframe code in his footer.That is the reason he didn't get paid.
I hope everybody will understand this.
