Filefactory Pays

Somewhere it says I must, somewhere it says I don't need a Premium account.

On your site it says anyone can do it, but when I go in my account, it says I must be a premium to get paid.

Here it says anyone can get paid: http://support.filefactory.com/kb/news/18/

But in anyone's account, it says you need premium.

Could you please decide? I don't get how that attracts people :/ And 500GB limit is forever or monthly? I saw some posts that people complained with 1TB of max. but mine is smaller.

You need not to be an premium account holder inorder to request payout from us...Don't worry..

 

Please take concern of torrent uploader. Two types error are there.
1. Files are getting downloaded but it shows error in status window. All the files are downloaded successfully.
2. Files are not downloaded and shows error in the status window.

 

You said payments are sent on friday, but i'm still waiting this week's payment...

Rule 5... Delay in payments...

 

The first weekly payment will be made on the 10th of September. Payments will then be made every Friday. .. It is written there.

Payments used to be made on the 15th of each month, so you have missed the August payment by a day.The first weekly payment will be made on the 10th of September.So please wait in mean time.

 

How come the earnings on top and the Weekly Earning (Total) doesnt matchup?

 

@panicker i think the above earnings on top say some $7 is from old reward system and the below one is from new reward system.Hope you clear now..

Well you Weekly Earnings (DL / Sales)counted in different and not counted by whichever is highest (downloads or sales).. More querys welcome..

 

Them declined my payment without a reason, keep away from this crappy site

 

In past the rule is different like you must be a premium a/c holder inorder to receive the payment and now it's not.

 

why can I upload from my leaseweb serevr (same DC as you) using the app at only 500kb/s but get 20MB/s on www form?

please drop an email to the support team at support{at}filefactory{dot}com with more information specifically what 'app' you are using, the IP of your server, how you are uploading, etc. We don't limit upload speeds, it could be a routing issue, if so we'll contact Leaseweb and work through it with them.
