help, i can't download the FileFactory Turbo.

 

Captcha is enabled in order to recognize whether a user is initiating RU or some automated script as RU is not limited in bandwidth. Too much files on RU queue can reduce transfer speeds for other main activities like normal uploading, premium download speeds etc.

 

Low rewards earnings this 2 days, dunno y

 

Ok..I forwarded the above problems with rewards update,remote upload problem to support.They should get back soon since it's weekend there may be slight delay...

And with capchta for premium users i will update it soon

I Contacted Support And They Removed It For Me 2 Months Ago (After 3-4 Days They Started It) Now I Am Using Without Capchta.

I Am Not A Serious Uploader, I Only Use It Rare. Mainly Upload By Manual From Site.

@FFS does the remote upload have some problem?!All my remote uploads are pending for 4 or 5 hours! :-(

Update (2PM CEST) - This issue has now been resolved and we are re-starting all affected services (listed below). Account credits have been applied. They will appear in your Transaction History list with the description "Manual Credit (Oct 30, 2010)".

The service disruption we experienced yesterday is unfortunately still occurring. Our backup link is still being used, which is affecting the following services:

* Remote Uploader
* Rewards Earnings Statistics

The Remote Uploader will queue uploads until our regular link is working again. We apologize for these delays, and all pending jobs will be processed as soon as our regular link is available again.

We will be applying a credit of 1.5 days worth of rewards to everybodies accounts once this is resolved. This will be calculated by averaging the last month's worth of earnings and then dividing it by the number of days in the calculation and multiplying it by 1.5. For example, if your average earnings were $15 a day, we will be applying a credit of $22.50 to your account. This will effectively give everybody around 12-18 hours worth of extra earnings, on top of the 24 hours that has not been calculated. We are doing this as a token of apology to make up for the inconvenience this has caused.

It appears that a failed network component is responsible for this disruption. We are working with our data center's engineering team to get this resolved as soon as possible. The issue is being worked on at the moment, and once we know more, we will update this post.

ffs i have another problem that is this rule....

Most websites wants Hotfile or Rapidshare or Megaupload mirrors....they dont accept upload on filefactory alone......something should be done about this....

 

Nax5 - you're not the first to bring this up - in fact quite a few people have inc. myself. they said they are reviewing in

 

Mirroring issues some time occurs even for filefactory exclusive uploader without their knowledge for example if one FF dedicated uploader uploads a popular file on filefactory on some forum & if some other file hosting uploader leeches it & shares on another or same forum for getting his rewards from his file hosting provider.

In such cases FF should make a more in depth analysis before making a conclusion.

 

exactly dkp - that's why this rule is stupid, it is almost impossible to abide by it. you may yourself but whats stopping somebody else spreading your links...
