Torrent Upload went live..If you find any bugs please report it....

 

torrent uploader is fine except the rar option.... Any chance to remove it :/?

 

We cannot... It will download and upload the file by raring only...

 

Why do you want to remove the .rar option for? How else are they gonna split the files?

 

Are the rewards for the old files being remove final? I wanna know before I do a massive deletion...

 

^^yeah.. I sent the file list to support and they deleted those for me

It takes a lot of time for TU to rar the files which are less than 2 gigs and not required raring. Although I understand raring files make more sales.

 

@ffs : can't see reward summary status now, is there still any reward program?

3 TU was done successfully and 4th one stuck for 3 hours (100%) completion .. I think raring is ruining the TU.

 

Yeah TU seems the same as before.. I have one downloaded about 2 hours ago and still not started the "processing"...

What happened to trafficshare? Was there a change? Before, when I turn it on, people can just download it directly without even having a account at filefactory. Now they say its asking for a userass...

We apologies for this issue. One of our cache servers failed overnight, which is why the My Account page was not working. No data was lost and all Rewards were still accumulated as normal, the only issue caused by this was that the data normally displayed on that page was unable to be retrieved.

We have now fixed the server and added a second one for redundancy purposes to prevent this happening again.

 

what about TU? it is not working at all
