Probably you should consider paying uploaders who uses mirror . According to the new rules they only get paid if someone buy premium membership.

Do you have, or can you register, a Moneybookers account? PayPal sometimes block countries from being able to withdraw funds. We always pay the rewards that people earn, unless something like this stops us.

Some Countries And Premium Download They Don't Count.

 

The status get updated once in 24hrs time Approx(6 PM CST)..And with regards to download count premium downloads won't be counted..We are in the process to make necessary changes in these system.
