lol... hatcat,, what are you still doing in this thread? dude.. just delete all your files in filefactory and move on. there are sites like fileserve, filesonic, hotfile, megashares which pay good amounts even if you do post mirrors!!!

am really disappointed in filefactory after their decision to not pay those who mirror links. i still get my payment because i sell premium, but lots of users will drift away from filefactory due to this and as long as ff is not used by the majority the number of downloads and premium sold will still be much low compared to popular ones like hotfile

 

@hatcat We have clearly said in the rules that Mirroring files not allowed for reward system.You can blame us if don't mention these rules and if we suspend the payment .Despite you knowing the rules you have joined us and blaming us for non payment of rewards mean what can i say??

If you work exclusively mean you will make sales automatically.All we ask is Work exclusively with filefactory

sorry, how is it if we don't mirror the FF files but we don't make sales just our files get downloaded from others, does FF still pay for that? thnkx btw when will the torrent remote come back?

AFF, are you crazy? it is impossible not to mirror, even if you work exclusively with filefactory, there thousands of blogs, websites that take our links, and circulate along with other hosts.

FileFactory, If you continue with this policy, you will lose A LOT.

Uploaders WILL DELETE ALL YOUR FILES BECAUSE YOU EVEN PAYING THE FIRST 4 PAYMENTS, NO ONE WILL FEEL THE SAFETY FileFactory!

We understand that a lot of people do not agree with the mirroring rule. It is not something that we want to have to enforce, but it is the only way for a company like ours to remain profitible. It has been proven that we pay members who generate sales even if they mirror files; and we also pay people who earn smaller amounts that don't make any sales, as long as their traffic is legitimate. In a nutshell, if you generate more sales than Rewards, you will be paid, because you're not making us run at a loss. What we cannot continue to do is to pay members high earnings each week when they bring in absolutley no money.

No business can afford to run without income, and that's what you're expecting us to do. Our competitors do not enforce this kind of rule - that's great. In an ideal world we would not either, but as long as people want to make a quick buck and not work with us to help us remain profitible while they earn money themselves, we have no choice. If you are in a position to generate sales and want to discuss custom percentages and that sort of thing - contact us! We can work with you to make it happen.

We are looking into alternative ways that we can keep you all happy without having to resort to this rule, but it doesn't help when it's blatantly ignored and then complaints are made when we notice and decline payments. We do not hide the rule, it's clearly laid out in our Rewards page. We pay several hundred members each week who have absolutely no issues with this rule - some earn hundreds of dollars each week.

If you have suggestions that we could implement in place of this rule we'd love to hear them, but please stop filling up this thread with the same complaint. All it does is make it more difficult for members with real issues to get help, which benefits nobody. You can email if you want to discuss this privatley, I will ensure that your email is forwarded onto the appropriate people and you will get a personalized response.

I will state this once more: if you generate more income via sales than you're requesting for your reward earnings, our fraud team should not have a problem with your payments. If you generate thousands of downloads with no sales though, it's obvious that you're mirroring files - not only do we have to pay you for those downloads (while earning no money back), but we also have to pay for the severs, bandwidth, power, and so forth, required to serve them. If you were in our position, would you do that?

if all uploaders of digital world to know the point, or you have more files on the system. WHAT you do is absurd!

sad is you work hard day and night uploading files, publishing on the internet, then you've come to not pay? a feeling of discouragement!

i understand what you are trying to say and i agree with you. but the thing is that, in the world of filehosting there are lots of hosts which already pay good amounts to uploaders even if they post mirrors and the competition is very stiff!

hope you can catch up with the rest.. best of luck

btw i will continue to upload in FF but not the files i upload in other hosts. although this would mean less uploads in FF, i cant take the risk... lol
