Exactly what statistics gets updated per hour? Where is it?

The General Overview tab with only updates @ 6:00'ish. So does the download statistics, transaction history etc...

Is this hidden? Would be nice if we can actually see the Download statistics update per hour.

Please fix the 10mins of waiting for the link to appear - a.k.a. get more upload servers.

 

Regarding the maintenance message: Several servers were being moved to a new data hall which has better connectivity. This is part of our upgrade plan which we're currently performing to deal with the issues caused by our increase in traffic lately.

Regarding the upload/download/etc errors: Due to an increase in traffic since launching the new Rewards program, we are experiencing several ongoing issues. We have been waiting on our data center to provision new data racks and setup new servers for us; now that has been done we are re-allocating files which will continually improve the level of service over the next several days until it's all back to normal. We are going to continue adding new servers frequently to cope with the increased load - as well as purchasing new hardware for some of our more popular features (like the torrent & ftp uploader).

We appreciate the feedback that you're all giving us; it's extremely valuable. We also appreciate your patience while we work through these frustrating issues. There were several delays obtaining the new hardware which were out of our control, but we finally have it setup so everything should be back on track shortly. Files are not appearing in Ftp folder . It is taking hours.

@ellaham please PM me before posting such a query...Provide us your login id of filefactory account.So that we will look into these matter...

 

@ellaham i have forwarded these message to the concern person.He will review it and i pass the update here.Because PayPal doesn't tell us when payments are approved or declined when doing a mass payment.We have found a solution to fix these problem and it will be get fixed soon.

 

FTP upload has a blazing speed .. Got two sells .. Glad .



Edit : Balance has not been updated with yesterday earning . I think it should be corrected soon.

After Uploading Files It Takes Too Long To Get The Links,. Is There A Fix For It.
Also On Remote Upload Some Files Is Not Uploading Complete, (If I Upload 200 Mb File Sometimes Only Getting 30mb And Upload Is Complete),
Please Try To Diplay Or Export Hash MD5's, So Can Compare The File Is Ok.

Umm why is my balance much lower today than it was yesterday? I had like 80.xx before the 29th update now I only have 78.xx after the 29th update?

I saw the transaction history for the "Rewards Earned - 29th Sep, 2010" about a hour ago to be $30.xx now its only 15.xx?

I saw I had a total of $114.xx including the 29th update about a hour ago, then the earnings and balance starts changing, now I only have 78.xx???

I sure hope there was some mistake on the stats.

EDIT:

Umm it seems the rewards for the 24th -> 29th on the "transaction history" were changed as the dates for these stats are set to "30th Sep 2010". Hmmm

It seems the stats are fluctuating right now... At this point my balance went down to 55.xx . So I guess some updates are being done with the stats so I'll wait until its all fixed

 

Due to a database corruption issue, since the new rewards program was launched, there was a serious bug which has caused all downloads to be paid out twice each day. This means that each day, all of our members have been earning twice the advertised rate for each download.

We have corrected the issue and re-calculated the last weeks worth of rewards. Even though we have been paying out double rewards for the last few weeks, we would like you to all keep the amounts that we've sent. This issue was our mistake, consider the extra money a thank you for using FileFactory.

Hello payment have been made now.Was an issue with the automatic paypal payment. Kindly have a check and post a screenshot here which might be helpfull for others.

So its only the downloads that are affected, how about the sales? I think they might have dropped too since most of my cash are earned from my sales .

 

@ffs - hi, when will the issue of it tkaing ages for the file link to be given after an upload - and it taking ages for the file(s) to appear in the "files" page - be solved?
this is making it impossible to use your service on a large scale.

 

We are working on these issue in full swing say 15 to 18 hrs per day..We expect the work to get finished very soon...We need your support with these issue.Please be Patience.
