@benjoo: Translations: Thanks! Once we've finished implementing features and changing the text on the site we'll look into that. Downloaders / Cookies: That's actually a really good idea. We do several things like that for other various site features so it shouldn't be too difficult to modify the referral tracking code to not solely rely on cookies. Great suggestion, I'm not sure why we're not doing that at the moment! Rule #5: Thanks for your thoughts on this, I'll pass them on. Honestly it would make my life easier if that rule was changed, too @btsilver: I have followed this up for you and asked that your payment be processed. I'll check it again tomorrow morning for you. @blackclouds: I'm not sure what you're asking exactly, could you elaborate? If you mean the commission only sales plan, this will be coming soon - we are just finalizing our anti-fraud system. If your downloads aren't being tracked, this *could* be caused by the issues I've mentioned previously (download managers not storing cookies, etc), but benjoo came up with an idea that should allow us to get around that issue which I'll push to get implemented ASAP.
What about users who got few DMCA notices like 1 or 2, will their whole payment be denied due to this only reason ? Thanks
@dkp: No, a few files are fine. We show some leniency because people often get files accidentally removed due to either false reports, or a DMCA Agent copying and pasting the wrong links.
lol.. this thread had more popularity than the official filefactory thread... anyway i wont be using filefactory anymore. its obvious they dont like to pay its affiliates (unless they bring huge sales) and will find new ways to stop paying every now and then
Are you getting paid to much? @FileFactory I think you should pay him less I know I ain't making much BTW I like rule 5 it works for me as I'm solely using FileFactory. I would get less downlads than I'm already getting if everyone was mirroring with FF
Reduction from current download rates can only prevent uploaders instead of attraction. For those who want to remove rule #5 can shift to a sales only plan (i think its coming soon) which will ensure ff & users don't run at loss.
Sir, With due respect, if you are no longer a File Factory user then you have no business being here. This is a place for grievances, problems and solutions for Legitimate File Factory users. You are only using up the time and space for Legitimate users and File Factory support to discuss their Legitimate concerns. We need here solutions, not personal opinions, Sorry and Thank you for dropping by..
Hi FF, this week i requested the payment on saturday, as you said on your blog the payment will be cleared on monday, but i havent recieved my payment and it still pending, i also sent emails to and now i found that you're officially here, i sent you a pm and hope for a quick responde. Thanks in advance.
Hi guys, the payments was sent on Friday or Monday ?!! the blog said payments will be on Friday so i requested on saturday !!! anyone to reply thanks.
nvm, just recieved email from support, it was my fault i misunderstood, payments are still made on Friday... so i'll wait for friday ^^
Hi Guys, Sorry - I did not get a chance to jump on the forum yesterday. Today I'll get all of the payments that I've said will be resent... resent. @vegeta16: I'll check the payment thing in a few minutes. We are finalizing our anti-fraud system for the new commission/referral program and it will be launched soon. Edit: I've reviewed your account and added you to the list of payments to get resent. @MaX.: And thankfully, most people are happier in this thread! We never single out members and decide not to pay them on a whim, it is difficult to be 100% accurate when looking for mirrored files, etc, and that's why I'm here, trying to keep everything running smoothly. You're always welcome back, and hopefully we can remove that rule in the future and this won't be an issue anymore. @x-pac: Thanks for the support! There are always ways that we can improve, I think it will take time to win back the trust of a lot of our members. Good things always take time @mrfunny: I'll check it now and get back to you. @bidesigner: I need more information from you, I've replied to your PM. @shareislove: I'll check this payment out and get back to you. Edit: If you can start sharing files again and using your account, I can get this payment processed for you. You were consistently selling quite a few accounts earlier in the year, was there any specific reason you stopped using us? I do not believe the mirroring rule would affect you with the sales you were making. @emeien_13: I've just replied to your PM. You probably won't like the reply but I'm open to discussing it with you. @dzbuy16: Sorry for the confusion caused by that blog post - we were only trialling Monday payments, but we're still paying on Fridays. A couple of people got confused by this, the wording should have been clearer. @dkp: Definitely very high on the todo list. Everything is ready to go live once we finish the anti-fraud detection code. If I've missed anybody, please let me know! I'll go check those payments out now.
Thanks FF for your clear and fast reply (through email too), as i said in my reply more storage for premium members (or even individual incrase for those who upload a lot) would be nice.
