Been over 3 days now and still stuck with this message - 'Your Premium download access has been temporarily restricted because your account is being shared, which is against our Terms of Service. Please contact us if you believe this is a mistake. This restriction will be automatically removed when the account stops being shared.' If you Remote Upl0ad to more than 1 site you probably going to get that message, as I don't share my account. I have no Premium downloads or Remote Upl0ading to other sites. Only started remote uploading because FF reduced their reward amounts and now I can't even do that. Come on FF fix it please.
Remote uploading is never against FF's TOS that is why they have the remote uploader, Account sharing is.. It is easy to prove your innocence by showing the IP addresses of the site you remote upload to, but if FF noted other IP addresses in your downloads that does not belong to any file host,. that's another story.. Btw, contrary again to the title of this thread, I have just received my regular Friday Payment a few minutes ago (3:37PM).. Thanks again FF...
When for exemple you transfer files from filefactory to fileserve/megaupload... with your account that means another ip logged in (the other filehost ip) so it's considered as sharing, especially hosters with many server so each remote like a new ip...had this problem few years ago with megaupload btw, payment recieved like each friday, thanks a lot FF hope to see alertpay payment soon
I have explained to FF the reason why they would have more than 1 ip address downloading from them through my account. They are just taking awhile to restore my account back to normal hopefully. They said it's a new security procedure they are testing before they increase the download limit to 100GB or possibly more in time. As for the title it was correct at the time of posting and proof given.
Nope, that way is legal as far as remote uploading is concerned because you authorized the download using your other File host to do it for you, just as you are authorizing FF to download files from another file host the other way around.. you may just have to prove that the IP address that downloaded the file belongs to your other file host. Hosters may use different servers and IP addresses but there's always a way to find out from whom that IP address belongs. There is a plug-in in your browser that can show in your monitor your own IP address and the IP address of the site you are downloading from so it is easy for you to get which IP addresses you have authorized to remote upload from your account. Account sharing is when another IP address that is not from another file host downloads the file and this happens intentionally when you lend your Premium account to another person or unintentionally when someone else gets access to your account without your permission and uses it to download files. Unfortunately, we have no way of finding out unless FF gives the information regarding the IP addresses that downloaded from our accounts. only Rapidshare has a traffic log section wherein you yourself can monitor at any time what IP addresses downloads from your account. And it is in fact one of the reasons I gave up my RS account because it has been hacked several times and locked by RS due to unauthorized multiple downloads of different IP address on the same day which I am not aware of and those unauthorized downloads is clearly shown in the log section of my account that is why I knew somebody else has gained access to my account without my knowledge and permission...
Its very easy to Remote Upload files from Filefactory to other hosts even without any premium by initiating download & transferring the link to other host's RU server page. This technique works for a few hosts like Megaupload, Mediafire, FileFactory etc. while its not possible on others like Rapidshare, Fileserve, Filesonic etc FileFactory please stop this flaw by checking IP's of download initiated computer & actually downloading computer & terminate if there is a mismatch in IP addresses. This is one of the main reasons why exclusive contents hosted in FF is leeched to other file hosters very easily. which affects FF premium sales heavily. Thanks
I am very sorry to disagree Bro. I didn't see any proof that FF "DOESN'T" really want to pay. There were some reasons to temporarily hold payments but everything has been straigthened out and I believe every legitimate claim was settled. Being the author of this thread and maybe all your claims have already been settled too by now,. perhaps its time to changed the title to something more considerate to FF's efforts to satisfy their affiliates like maybe, plain and simple,. "File Factory Customer Support and assistance.". Just my 2cents Bro, No offense meant..
That's fine if you disagree but I think otherwise from emails I received from FF regarding declined payments more than once which I have mentioned in earlier posts, not gonna go into again. If FF wanted to pay why wasn't I paid until I complained and had user Filefactory look into my case again? But like I said it's all in earlier posts. It doesn't give me an option to edit 1st post as I also mentioned in an earlier post. Have a nice day/night now tcre
Perhaps it depends more on ones perspective on what you meant by "DOESN'T want to pay"..an immediate impression would mean that FF is not willing to pay no matter what or who complains but they did pay after proper verification of accounts that were declined and not all of the thousands or million of accounts were declined, only those they feel had some questionable transactions.. Anyway, no point in discussing issues which have been resolved already. subsequent discussions in the thread proves the title to be wrong. Let's just move on to better things to do.. Peace Brother..
You're probably right and I must of misinterpreted this message wrong, maybe they were being sarcastic with me. "FileFactory Support Hello, Unfortunately your account has a large number of illegal files which are against our terms of service and we are unable to pay Rewards for such files.'' Title should read 'FF wants to pay' my bad.
how long does it take to get money to my MB ? If you need my login info I can PM you - It is no hurry just wanna know - thx in advance
and still pending - is there an official topic on this forum to ask about my payment or any other forum or I should contact them through their support on FF account? I prefer first option if it exist - usually faster. btw U should consider changing your sig from Join FileFactory & Earn Big Money, 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction into Join FileFactory & your earnings will be 100% pending
