I have noticed same thing with my files...strange. It's not working today..there was problems yesterday also, sometimes was working-sometimes not.
yep, yesterday was working @50% today nothing, hope they'll fix that soon. DMCA files are counted as downloaded if they've been downloaded
Filefactory please give us a statistic showing the file which was converted to a premium sale, so that we can release more of these demanding files to get more & more sales. Thanks

Happy Monday everyone! @all: I've just restarted the remote uploader workers, the queue should speed up again. There are a few hundred pending jobs in there at the moment, but it shouldn't take too long to clear up. @jack.rose19: What was your old account email? I haven't been told anything about any accounts being deleted; I can't think of any reason why that would happen, unless we received legal advice to do so, but surely I would have heard about that. @preza83: Can you let me know a few of the file URLs if you have them? This is probably a cache issue - all the information displayed on the website is cached and does not come directly from the database, so things can occasionally fall out of sync. We log all downloads and pay for them even if files are deleted; the file doesn't have to be active still to get the rewards, as all the information required to calculate the payment rate is stored per download. I've taken a look at some of your accounts and a lot of DMCA'd files do show download counts, and all files that get DMCA'd are deleted through the same script, so I don't know how some are getting their downloads wiped. @dkp: Definitely something we want to do. Once the webmaster commission stuff has been relaunched we'll be able to add additional statistics into the Rewards summary page. @uploader2011: Huh? Send me a PM with your FileFactory account email if you want me to look at a declined payment for you. No payments were declined that I'm aware of last week.
Anyone else getting Rem0te Upl0ad probs? It looks like its selecting which files are allowed and which aren't or maybe just some larger files. and slow upl0ads
how long before FF support responds to emails? i sent one a few days ago, and have not receive any response from them.. very disappointing to say the least....
i heard filefactory will paid , if uploader uses filefactoy links only ! so you must using only filefactory links to get payment, you shouldn't post mirror links if you post mirror , they never pay you. i heard it , but i never worked with them.
they have changed the old system, now you can mirror the files on other host & get payment from filefactory.
Dont have url's anymore, it was only few files, with not so many downloads....but anyway, don't want to make you extra work just because of few deleted files
Remote uploader is not working as mentioned for bigger files.. Also since this morning, I have tried to upload three files, using the normal browser method and each time I've had to do it twice.. The entire file seems to be uploaded, but at the end I get 0 minutes remaining and then this error Upload error (504) I'm guessing it is a local storage issue. Please correct this before anything else that you do.. It will not be possible to upload on FF if this continues.. Cheers
