Its not about your America and Canada rate, I'm talking about the lowest rate for 100mb files ++ Your rate for 100mb+ files is 4$ USD, you should count any download 100mb++ per 1000 download is 4$ BUT when I count my download, I'm getting lower, its not 4$ USD.
