Hi there, I hate resorting to forums for help but after a few days fighting with the config it's driving me up the wall and need some expert advice. Heres my situation, I am attempting to upload a file with a very simple PHP function. It has been tested on an alternative server and works fine (see fig2 attachment). When I upload any file which is relatively large the server bursts with upload speed for a second (see fig1 attachment) and then "hangs" and the upload traffic trickles, often at a couple of kbps or even at a standstill. With files at around 500KB the server does end up uploading them, but it takes ages. Anything larger and it just times out. My PHP settings are all set identically to the working server which leads me to believe it's a Apache error. Is there something I'm missing which seems to stall file uploads? Maybe in Apache? Maybe even something I don't know about in PHP? File downloads are 100% fine. I am running Apache/2.2.3 and have even recompiled PHP to a late stable version which changed nothing. Many thanks in advance for anyone who can help, big kudos to everyone! Mark
