globalhost.com used to offer all this, with free scripts and templates...not sure if they still do now though

You will need a dedicated server for sure if you want to "make it big". I would go with Liquidhost... Good support and they seem to know what they are doing. A bit pricey though.

Are you planing to code the site yourself?

i think you can't make the site you are looking for through sites like hostmonster or hostgator. because it is a big project and it will consumes more resources. you want to have a dedicated server or own server.

as a started you can open these site, but when it goes big, you want to buy one dedicated server.

You need to have your own server, no shared hosting account will work. Actually not even one server, servers.
Im thinking of starting one nowadays as well. I have servers, will write the software. If you are interested in working with me to manage the site or market it, you can send me a PM.

If you're serious about it,then you should not use shared webhosting no matter which company.
You need to have at least a vps to start.
While a dedicated server is needed if you plan to host image and file hosting coz vps cannot handle the load.
    Try this script aihscript.com

Read their TOS. I'm sure it will tell you that "it cannot be used for file hosting, image hosting" etc.

Start off with a larger VPS, or maybe use something like Amazon EC2 (or whatever it is) as file storage.
