Buying File Upload Script Setup, Already Coded, Just need Tweaking

I need someone to make a file upload page work properly to my liking, the script is already in place, I just need someone to take the script and make it work to my liking. It will most likely be php.

I was trying to implement uploadify, but im open to other stand alone scripts if you can make it work.
