We just increased what we pay per download from the countries USA, UK, CAN, France and Germany. We do pay for all countries traffic as well; rates are displayed on the site. Please read the news on free file upload, it helps explain this more. Also the points per download are located on the homepage and change from time to time. I am trying to keep the rev-share high for the users and that is why this changes but should settle down once we get more established. There shouldnt be any popups? I have full page ads every other page but max is 3 full page ads in a hour. On the download page there is a layer ad if that is what your talking about?
Full page ads are now down to 1 every 6 hours, except on download pages where a layer ad occurs. I also have taken clicksor off so the site should run faster now. Also for tier 1 countries you only need 1,600 downloads to reach min payout of $20.
