    There are quite a few rapidshare clones out there, but most of them are total garbage.

    look into the generic file hosting scripts filesonic was\is using. i've seen it quite a bit throughout the internet.

    Your client has guts. Most people have been put off by the demise of MegaUpload. I hope they have good lawyers.

    legal matters are not a problem if you know where to buy servers... the worst move that brought megaupload down was that they bought a server on usa ground therefore entering fbi juristiction
